Straightforward counter-serve eatery fixing up pizza pies & slices, plus Italian entrees & subs.

It’s hard to believe a small pizzeria can put out 5 star food. Menu is off the charts. Gyro, grandma Sicilian and everything is done with love and perfection. Worth the price let me tell you. Shocked ! Fresh not frozen like gorden Ramsey will tell you. Great loving service. It’s out of my way but it’s worth it trust me. . Just look at the menu. Desserts are amazing.

If you want flavorless, sloppily thrown together food that arrives ice cold then this is your place. That is of course if they bother to get your order right. I ordered eggplant parmigiana, and I got chicken chunks on a hero with american cheese.

Stopped here because Angelo’s pizza was closed, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The pizza was a crime scene – too much marinara sauce, not enough cheese, and it was cooked to oblivion. I also ordered a small French fries, which were equally disastrous, tasting like they were cooked in a deep fryer that had seen better days. The guy behind the counter was a real charmer, glued to his phone, and the price was laughable – $10 for pizza and small fries that were only good for the trash. Definitely not worth it, and I’ll never set foot in this place again. The pizza was bad, but the service was even worse – talk about a winning combination!

re-grading this one;
Just had another slice 8 months later.
Price has going up to $3.75, slice has gotten more dry, and sauce is not as flavorful as it was before. Star rating remains the same, because of rounding up, but number grade drops to 72.
Won’t be going back.
A bit high priced at three dollars and fifty cents, but a fairly generous sized slice.
Medium thin, crispy crust with good flavor, a little on the dry side because of it’s thickness. Good amount of tomato and sauce, but could have covered more of the crust.
Tasty basil seasoned sauce.
Cheese is disappointing though, doesn’t seem to have any real flavor.
I give it a 78.

The very best that the Bronx and Yonkers has to offer. Grew up nearby on Bronx River Road. This is located on the corner of McLean Avenue and Webster Avenue and opposite the 238th street bridge.The Avenue is a great community and Bella Napoli is the anchor serving for area for 26 years! The owner is the very best and loves what he does. The pizza slices are huge and the flavors and thin crust are outstanding. I live in Boston but whenever I am down on business or to go to the Stadium… I go out of my way to visit and bring home dinner…as I did today!!!! One of my sons now in his thirties recently did the same as he is hooked on the pizza and other Italian favorites at very reasonably prices since he was 8 years old. Go out of your way, like I do and it just might be your new favorite!!!

Absolutely terrible experience at Bella Napoli. The guy working there had a nasty and terrible attitude and for what? The food isn’t even good enough to justify that kind of behavior. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly disgusting energy. Mediocre food and bad attitude. Never again.

Delicious old school New York/Italian style pizza. Sauce has great flavor, cheese is great, crust is perfect, a little greasy but that’s what makes it taste so good
