The 2 stars is only for the girl that took my order on the phone and the one that cashed me out at the register. I haven’t gone here in years due to a really bad experience with a delivery driver and the manager who did not handle the situation. I tried to find an email address on your website powered by slice. There is none. It would have avoided this negative review depending on how you handle it. I always got the same thing from here. BBQ chicken pizza and a Hawaiian. For $35 for these 2 pizzas that are pretty much equivalent to Little Ceasars, it is pricing yourself out of the market. They are completely undercooked, and there is absolutely no flavor to the BBQ chicken pizza. The Hawaiian barely has any ham. The only reason I am not getting in the car and returning is because it is date night with just the wife, and we already had a glass of wine. This pizza is really disgusting. I can’t believe how it went this far down. It was great when the father and son were the cooks there. My daughter even worked here 8 years ago. Damn shame.

I ordered online, for delivery. The driver never knocked on my door. At 11pm, I found some of the food on my front porch, with some rodent eating it. $40 of food wasted and no email to contact Bella. Slice won’t respond to me. *Their response ‘we hope to make it up to you* What I deserve is a refund! This was so unacceptable! Why would I (a long time customer), order from you again when I had to throw out $40 of food & didn’t even eat that night???

Their pizza was actually better than I thought it would be. I’m more so giving them a 3.5 stars, that’s my opinion, I’m sure they deserve a 4 but I’m rating them against some really good pizza places, so if your used to going to average pizza places this might be considered a five star place.

Over a month. I came to this pizzeria to order pizza. The old man in the back of the store just kept on looking at me up and down as if I wasn’t going to pay for my pizza. The young ladies at the register were friendly. This pizzeria needs to be careful with who or whom you let interact with your customers. To make things odd the old man never asked or checked in on my order or if I needed help – especially for the fact I waited over 20 minutes to get my order.

I’ve never been so unsatisfied that I had to leave a review but here it is . I ordered a Chicken Cesar salad , because the girl didn’t confirm my order for her and my clarity I ended up with just salad … no chicken … by the time I got my chicken delivered separately I had already missed my scheduled lunch at work and they STILL charged me for the chicken even though they inconvenienced me ….. When I finally got to eat I went to put my parmesan on my salad and discovered the cheese was GREEN .. it was one thing for them to get my meal wrong but the moldy cheese was my last straw .. I won’t be returning

Honestly I wasn’t expecting the food to be this good. The chicken parm grinder was fresh and delicious, the pizza was cooked perfectly. With all the topping we put on it, it didn’t get all soggy. Really good food

I ordered 3 garden salads with cucumbers only. I got charged for 3 Ceasars salads and over $7 extra for the cucumbers. When I called to bring this error to light I was called a liar about my order and rudely talked to by the manager. He told me he would rather lose a customer than admit a mistake of $7.
