There was plastic in my cheesey garlic bread. They said it parchment paper. I know what parchment paper looks like and im sorry but thats plastic. My whole meal pizza cheese garlic bread with the plastic and 6 wings plus tip and delivery and services came up to 50 bucks. Never again. Tis was my first and only time i order from there again. Ill stick with Domino’s.

I’ve never sat in here- always take my pizza to go. $10 large cheese M-Th. Deal is the way to go- usually spending $16+ for a large cheese (not sure if it’s the slice app over-charging or what…).
When I call they know me by name- unclear how they got my name, but it’s kind of a nice touch to have someone “personalize” the order.

My daughter, who is nine years old needed to use the potty. She went inside and they yelled at her and told her that she had to buy something first. She is nine. That is disgusting. I understand if it’s a grown adult, but a child? So – this is my first negative review that I’ve ever left. Congratulations Bella.

Wings needed more time they were not fully cooked or seasoned I was truly disappointed no one ate them. Ordered a steak calzone and it did not have the cheese inside just seemed like they boiled the steak and onions and stuff the calzone and sprinkled cheese it was soggy. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but please quality check your food before giving this to customers. Food was flavorless.

I had a pesto Focaccia with grilled chicken. Whoever made this sandwich did an amazing job — the grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned, the bread had the best crunch, and that pesto sauce brought everything together beautifully. The cook definitely deserves a raise!

I ordered online, for delivery. The driver never knocked on my door. At 11pm, I found some of the food on my front porch, with some rodent eating it. $40 of food wasted and no email to contact Bella. Slice won’t respond to me. *Their response ‘we hope to make it up to you* What I deserve is a refund! This was so unacceptable! Why would I (a long time customer), order from you again when I had to throw out $40 of food & didn’t even eat that night???
Happy to say, Bella Napoli made things right by getting my money refunded. Slice on the other hand, was the one in the wrong, wouldn’t help me, told me it was Bella Napoli’s problem. I love Bella Napoli, but will only do pick up from now on. Slice is horrible for what they did. Wish Bella Napoli didn’t use them.

It’s good pizza, it’s not the best, competition here is fierce as we all know. Their Sicilian is unique in that it is triangle shaped, they have some very unique pies like hot dog and French fries, and they generally have very good pricing. I would and do come back as someone who lives nearby.
