Nice cozy place. Service was okay. No table water. Requested a ginger beer with my food, expecting it to arrive pretty much right away. Pasta arrived….on a plate. Spinach ravioli, literally 10x squares of pasta, with a watery pasta sauce and NO cheese. £14.95 I love a good pasta and feel robbed! It was definitely not worth it. I would have expected double the portion, a choice of shaved parmesan or feta cheese and to actually have my drink. 1st and last visit.

Feels very homey inside, small resto but can accommodate a good seating. I feel like it’s run by a family. Food is all authentic italian and my kids enjoyed it a lot. It was packed during dinner and our food came a bit late, there was abit of wait but guess it’s okay since food was really good. Drinks I feel were expensive and just bottled beers.

The food was good, however we were disappointed to find that we had been overcharged. We did leave a tip, but on the way home we all noticed that each of us had been charged an extra £5.
We would appreciate this being refunded to our cards. There were three of us dining last night, booked for 6:30.
£35 for a pizza and a 3 prawn starter is a bit steep! Also please clean the doors, they are disgusting ,downstairs staff door and the toilet doors are minging.

We were in Rome this summer and Bella Napoli took me right back there, if you are expecting high end fine dining you will be disappointed, this has the feel of a really great family restaurant, the kind you gem find off the main track and go back to again and again, because it is genuine, authentic and feels personal.
Don’t get me wrong the ambiance and decor are wonderful and the food is really excellent, the waiting staff are very friendly, the service was very quick, there is really no criticism that I could make, I absolutely loved it and will be going back every time I am in Shrewsbury at lunch time.
There is a great selection of dishes, some quite unusual sauces, there is something for every palate, and the prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the other Italian restaurants in Shrewsbury, and it sure beats going to a chain pub and you will pay about the same, at lunch time all pizza, pasta and risotto dishes are £9.95 you cannot beat that for value, the prices are really not that more even outside of the lunch time deal, full price ranges between £10-15 although there are a few dishes over £15.

Went here for a relative’s 40th birthday. Lovely space on the first floor for big parties. The pizzas and pasta are delicious here and very well priced! Authentic Italian food. Service is superb, we had someone who wasn’t happy with their order, didn’t realise it would be so plain and the staff immediately bought out a difference pizza on the house – never seen service like it! Very good restaurant and plenty of tasty sounding dishes on the menu! Highly recommend, nice little Italian in the middle of Shrewsbury! I had the garlic chilli spaghetti which was delicious with a nice strong kick!

Ribeye steak was unexpected thin, the steak cooked wasn’t I expected neither. To be fair, the steak was nice, just didn’t know if it were to be 8 oz as described on the menu. In my mind, it is like an ordinary restaurant. Fair price, fair food, staff is kind and nice, it’s better than nothing.

We popped into Bella Napoli hoping for a nice Italian meal, but left underwhelmed. The staff were curt and seemed uninterested, service was slow, and the food was sadly mediocre: my pasta was overcooked and bland, while the pizza was soggy and lacking flavour. At these prices, it felt poor value.

The food and service were not good. Calzone came without sauce, the creme brulees were separated and the sugar on top had dissolved and was cold. When complained about the creme brulees, the manager was shouting at me and telling me that if i didn’t pay for them the staff would go without wages!

Lovely family run establishment.
My only issue was a dreadful potent air freshener on a timer kept going off. NO NEED!! The aroma of food was much more appreciated.!

An Italian restaurant serving delicious yet affordable food. The restaurant was recommended by a volunteer from the St Mary’s Church and I am so glad I decided to eat here. I ordered the calamari, Penne Gorgonzola E Noci, and tiramisu. The food arrived within 15 minutes, which was appreciated. The pasta was absolutely delicious – flavourful, rich, and creamy. The calamari was crispy yet tender and paired well with the pasta. The tiramisu had pretty sweet cream with not a lot of coffee, but it was still very delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive towards the needs of their patrons. The restaurant had pretty nice vibes too.
