I’ve come to this location a few times to celebrate occasions, typically a pleasant experience. Sadly, upon my last visit here, the whole experience was very subpar and incredibly disappointing. Though our server under performed, they were a bit overwhelmed with tasks due to what I could assume to be a result of short staffing. My party arrived at approx 6:45pm and we began to place orders around 7:10pm, drink orders were slowly coming out. A few dishes came served with hair in them, there were several orders placed only to be told that the kitchen was out of certain ingredients, then were told again that they had said ingredients. The meals that came out were underwhelming tasteless. Over half of the dinner party were still sitting waiting for their meals at 8:31pm, and the restaurant closes at 9pm. Finally 8:39pm rolled around and meals were being served, only to discover that they were wrong. We ended up speaking with the manager who seemed fairly new and almost too nonchalant about the complaints, still making sure that the few appetizers we consumed were paid for before comping the rest of the failed food orders. We left hungry and disappointed resulting in coming up with new dinner plans so late in the evening. Completely unacceptable.

Eaten here several times and always forget to take pics of the food lol. Today it was a party of 3 and we all loved our entrees and especially the spinach artichoke dip appetizer. I usually get the pasta con broccoli and a house salad, always delicious. They run daily specials too that are sometimes worth ordering instead of the regular menu. A+ place and service.

Every time I have gone to Bella Milano, it has been a wonderful experience. Recently I had the pleasure of trying their seafood ravioli with three butterflied shrimp on top (pictured first). I have also included some other pictures from eating here a few years ago in 2021. Consistent wonderful service, and wonderful drinks, food, and dessert. 6 stars if I could. Worth the medium price tag!

The food was wonderful. The seating was intimate enough to enjoy some 1-on-1 time but not completely secluded. We did have to go to the bar to order our own drinks because the waitress never asked and didn’t come back for a long time. Other than that the experience was nice and we plan on returning!

1st time here today and we loved it! The food was sooo much better than the popular Olive Garden. Highly recommend the dark chocolate pomegranate drink and the red sangria! I had the Milano salad and Cajun pasta. The pasta was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Fried ravioli appetizer was the best fried ravioli we’ve had.
Our server was fantastic. I wish I’d asked his name. We will definitely be back.

Fettuccini Alfredo tasted like it was made with a powdered sauce mix rather than heavy cream. My wife ordered it with grilled shrimp and the shrimp were hard to find and boiled. I ordered the lasagna and it was delivered on a small griddle. More like lasagna soup…mostly liquid/melted cheese with some noodles lying flat on the bottom. Recommend you just order a salad with bread and skip the entrees.

Vivi almost sent me into tears. I’m extremely grateful for her kindness and service today. While I should be visiting to celebrate my birthday, I’m also navigating the sudden loss of my dad. She was so empathetic and kind— with food reccs, extensions of care, and just overall STELLAR service. This will remain a memorable experience.

Food was pretty good. Stylish. Atmosphere is what youd expect from a middle class finer dining experience. You could tell they baked the pasta in some sort of wood or charcoal oven. It had the taste. Service was as expected. Overall not too bad.

Super delicious entrées and great service to match. The bar is a fun spot to try something new, and they also can host big parties.
The lasagna is wonderful, the tortellini is my favorite, the salmon is fabulous, and the special of the day is probably fantastic!
