No better place for a fantastic meal in Folsom than Bella Maci. We have eaten here about 5 times now with both family & friends and brought our baby each and every time and they have been so accommodating and friendly for having us take up another seat with an infant in a car seat. The family is amazing, their service and attentiveness is top notch, the atmosphere is fancy and relaxed without being stuffy, and after eating through the entire menu (including their delicious specials) I can legitimately say from apps to entrees, the food and wine are always on point and a true 10/10 on flavor. Thanks for making such incredible food and creating a spot for our favorite date night location for my wife & I, and best place to bring family and friends when visiting!

A small place with really good food. All of the food options were delicious, although I’m not going to try to spell them! Per the chef/owner, almost any of them can be made vegetarian as well.
The wine list is good, but the beer list was a little thin. (But it’s an Italian place, so have the wine)

The food, service, and ambiance was incredible! Perfect for a date night! The space is very small and intimate so I would suggest making reservations ahead of time but they have quite a few spots available at the bar! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Bella Maci is our absolute favorite place for dinner. We’re total amateur foodies, and this Folsom gem checks every box. It’s a family-owned restaurant run by a wonderful husband, wife, and their daughter, Maci, who are all so genuinely nice. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the decor is beautiful, and every dish is amazing. We’ve loved every single meal here, and it’s become our go-to spot for a perfect night out. It is our favorite date night restaurant!

Both the food and the service were outstanding!
We ordered the Baratta Bruchetta with prosciutto, apple, and a balsamic drizzle which is hands down one of the best appetizers we’ve ever had!
For our meals we all shared our choices which included the Rigatoni in a delicious bolognese, the Penne with dungeness crab in a cream sauce, and the braised short rib with polenta. For dessert we shared the flourless chocolate torte with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Every single bite was incredible, and we can’t say enough wonderdul things about the family/owners and what amazing service we received! We felt like part of their family! Plus, it is so cute inside, and the prices are very reasonable!
If you haven’t been there, GO! We already known it’s going to be a regular spot for us!

So many great aspects of this restaurant. Intimate atmosphere. Chef delivering food directly to the table. Knowledgeable wait staff. Last and definitely not least, the delicious food. I rarely get more than an entree because I’m cheap (lol), but this was a date night and I had read good things about this place, so my wife and I got 2 appetizers, 2 glasses of different wines, 2 entrees, 2 desserts, and a cappuccino. ALL of them were fantastic. It was hard to choose our favorite. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Less than a year old, and they are doing everything right.

If you are looking for a cozy quiet place with amazing food and wine. This is the place! First time in Folsom and decided to try this new place (opened April 2025) after driving several hours. Brian the chef is so personable and comes out to talk with you. Brooke is the server who is also very friendly. Her daughter, Maci, also works there. Would’ve liked a more generous pour of our wines but I appreciated the quality over quantity. My Chardonnay went so well with the Dungeness crab with penne. I should’ve added shrimp but it was nice that I could just focus on the crab. My husband’s zin went so well w his short rib dish. It was so tender and didn’t have any grisel or fat. We also ordered a chamomile tea and the cheesecake with strawberries which was also good but nothing out of the ordinary. I would definitely come back here if we pass thru here again.
