Visited Bella Italia in Oxford just for coffee and cake, so I didn’t try the traditional Italian food. The service was good and quick, and the staff were really lovely. I had the sticky toffee pudding and tiramisu cake — both were average, not the best I’ve had, but still enjoyable. Overall, it’s worth giving the place a try, especially for the friendly service and relaxed atmosphere.

I was suprised by the quality of the food, as its a chain restaurant, the crispy chicken, mozzerella sticks, meatballs and mushroom al forno starters were delicious! As were the passionfruit martinis and pistachio gelato. Our server Jess was really friendly and made the atmosphere feel incredibly welcoming and relaxed, in a genuine down to earth way that felt natural. I would definitely visit again soon.

Visited here for a Christmas party, I am a vegetarian and the food was superb, started with the minestrone soup followed with pasta with Christmas vegetables. It was a lovely combination. Staff were very friendly ,excellent service would definitely recommend !

What an incredible experience! We hadn’t booked, and came in for the special Bella day, they were so accommodating and gave us a table. The whole team were understanding with my allergies, (nuts & gluten) and there’s lots of gluten-free options which is amazing! We were wanting supper before our Pretenders Concert and came here.
Our experience was so positive and our waitress Jess couldn’t have done enough for us, she was really smiley and helpful.
The food was good, very tasty and we thought for what we had very reasonably priced.
