My sister and I took my son out for an auntie/mummy dinner date last night. Food was delicious, I had a carbonara, sister had chicken Milanese and my son had chicken tenders – all cooked well and all plates licked clean.
Staff are genuinely happy and polite. They went out their way to make sure our every need was met. I have met Alexa each time I go to Bella Italia and she is charismatic and welcoming. My son thinks she’s great and gets so excited when I tell

Nice looking and cozy place, I liked all the decorations, especially the pizza slice with flowers Everyone was so nice and accommodating. And the food was good, tasty as you would expect Italian food to be. We couldn’t have ask for more. Definitely recommend!

Really disappointing experience at Bella Italia.
I ended up eating on my own because my food was the only one that came out, while my friends were left waiting. It completely ruined the meal as we couldn’t eat together, which is the whole point of going out as a group.
On top of that, we were told that free vouchers could be used at the table, but when it came to paying we were only allowed to use one. This feels like false advertising, as that was not made clear beforehand.
What made it worse was that no one even apologised or tried to fix the situation. Poor communication, poor service, and a lack of basic customer care. Definitely not the experience I expected. Honestly really disappointed with our experience at Bella Italia. The food was horrible, bland and not worth the price at all. Oh, and to mention the bottom of my carbonara was filled with oil. To make it worse, you’re not allowed to pay separately, which is really inconvenient when you’re out with family and friends. Overall the service and food were both poor and I wouldn’t be in a rush to come back.

Visited Bella Italia at Milton Keynes Stadium today (Sunday). The overall ambience was pleasant, and the food was enjoyable with good flavour. I would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by Denisa. She was welcoming, attentive, and particularly guided us in choosing the right dishes. Her friendly approach made our experience much better.
However, the service from her peer colleague (don’t want to name them) was disappointing. She appeared very rude and extremy unhelpful on multiple occasions, and her attitude felt unnecessarily dismissive. She had a ‘No’ to pretty much everything, whereas Denisa seemed very positive. This contrast in service was noticeable and affected our overall experience.
I hope the restaurant continues to maintain the quality of food and ambience, and addresses the inconsistency in customer service. Good Luck!!

Booked in for lunch with family, I was shocked the quality of food was poor. My lasagna was small portion swimming in a watery sauce. Costing nearly £17. What a rip off. Then nearly £6 for garlic chaibata which I’m sure used to be part of this meal. They cudnt serve hot drinks because the machine was broken. No backup. Was thoroughly disappointed. We should have been compensated. Wasn’t!!

Went for the set menu, the starter was very nice. The mushroom sauce was delicious. The calzone was ok, the salad could have been nicer.
Tiramisu was slightly disappointing, as I thought the ones in supermarkets tasted better.
