Tonight was the 1st time to ever come across this restaurant!! Let me say it is beyond incredible! Our waiter Sasha gave us the history behind the restaurant and it just made it better. He did made my 1st experience fabulous! Food is on point…nothing bad to say from the appetizer duck spring rolls, the rustic Cesar salad, the lamb AMAZING!!!!
Dessert vanilla crème brûlée….I am completely satisfied. By far one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Atmosphere is perfect ! Highly recommend 100 %. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu.
PS!!! Dubai chocolate cheesecake and key lime pie are a must try!!!
Thank you Sasha!

Absolutely excellent.! Great atmosphere, service & food . One of the best if not the best restaurant in Shreveport/Bossier. We had crab claws, caprese salad, halibut & bone in pork chop it was all wonderful. Then we finished with banana pudding & key lime pie. So good looking forward to going back. Oh yeah the bread they give you when you first arrive is worth the trip itself.

I’m torn on this review. The restaurant attracts outgoing higher end clientele. The family that works the restaurant are very pleasant and helpful. The flavors of the foods were all great and cooked appropriately.

They were absolutely taking great care of a larger friendly group and going above and beyond. They will walk away with a great experience I’m sure. I struggled with the loudness of that social atmosphere in a somewhat tight setting.

The bread has a bit of an olive oil flavor too it. Pleasant, moist and slightly dense. I would have liked some salt at the table to help season the butter a little more but those are not provided. Good experience overall with the bread.

I love tea. Their tea tasted terrible. They replaced it with a stronger batch but even that has a terrible almost chemical aftertaste and texture in my mouth. I paid for two glasses and we took 4 sips. It was atrocious. I guess whstever you do, don’t get the tea.

The meal itself was good. My wife had the trout and it had gernrous portions with a wonderful lemon sauce. Brussel sprouts had a lot of potential but missed the mark. They are cooked in a beef reduction which is a recipe for success but tasted too burnt to really enjoy. The garlic mashed potatoes were creamy and flavorful but a little dry.

I had the 12 ounce steak. The cut was approximately 2 inches thick and narrow, maybe 3 inches wide. Pre sliced with a pleasant sauce. The presentation was excellent. The quality of the cook was also excellent, perfectly medium rare. It was seasoned very well in the center but the edge pieces were flavorless. I believe what I had was more like 9 ounces than 12. The quality of the meats cut was choice at best, I chewed several pieces for at least 2 minutes unable to make it through some of the tougher gristle hidden in this great presentation. I gave up and just swallowed the mouthfuls since I couldn’t actually chew it appropriately. I would have gotten a much higher quality meat at longhorns or outback. So overall I was a bit let down considering I dropped 42 dollars on that 7 dollar meat.

The broccoli was expertly grilled with great clean texture and flavor, maybe the best broccoli I’ve ever had. Bravo on that.

I had the peanut butter cake, which was actually a peanut butter mouse with a chocolate ganache top and gram cracker crumb crust. It was absolutely the star of the evening for us. That flavor and texture was great for a light dessert.

The service was good, they had brought on some new people for the holiday traffic. The guys were getting into the swing of it and had good attitudes. The gentleman kept the water topped off at all times. Good people.

So again I’m torn, there were some strengths along with definite shortcomings for me. It was my first time, it was interesting. For people who enjoy the energy here will probably enjoy it. I can’t say there was enough here to justify the price for me.

Went here after looking for a place to host my wife’s 50th birthday . They were very accommodating from start to finish. The staff was very professional and very friendly, and please do not let the building size fool you. The food was INCREDIBLE! Not only the taste of the food but the presentation of each plate had our guests wanting to sample one another’s plate.
It was a bit loud, but that’s because it was a packed house. This place is CLEARLY one of the best kept secrets of Shreveport and my wife and I will be returning for date night.
Again I thank you for making her birthday dinner a VERY memorable night. Mongo.

It was a great first impression until our server wasn’t Sasha. He had a great personality. The pasta was undercooked and server we had didn’t even tell us the specials or anything. But again next time we go if we do, we are gonna ask for Sasha! Super friendly and upbeat and very personable

My wife , daughter, son-in-law went for dinner for my wife’s birthday. The food, drinks and service were all impeccable. Dishes included filet mignon, strip steak , lamb chops, and sea bass along with Dubai chocolate cheesecake. Our server was amazing! A little pricey but we don’t splurge like this often. Can’t wait to go back.

Stopped by to for the new Happy Hour. There is not much parking and I honestly drove past it twice. Glad I found this hidden gem. Very nice environment. Small establishment but worth trying. The bartenders/servers were friendly. My ranch water was perfectly made. I’d never had brussel sprouts, but these were 10/10. The hamburgers sliders were full of flavor.

My recent visit to Bella Fresca was nothing short of exceptional. The service was impeccable, with the staff attentive and friendly throughout the evening.

We started with a couple of appetizers, and they set the tone for the meal. The flatbread was perfectly crisp and flavorful, and the salmon was cooked to perfection—absolutely delicious.

For the entrée, I had the pork chop with peaches, which was a standout dish. The combination of tender, juicy pork with the sweetness of the peaches was both unique and satisfying.

To top off the evening, I indulged in the peanut butter pie for dessert, and it was divine. Creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced—it was the perfect ending to an amazing meal.

Bella Fresca is a must-visit for anyone looking for a refined yet approachable dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

This was our first time @ Bella Fresca, and I must say we were not disappointed. The food & atmosphere were amazing. Our server, Sasha, was knowledgeable and had a great personality. My husband and I were celebrating our 8th anniversary, and this was the perfect spot for that.

While we enjoyed our food, our server, Sasha, was super unprofessional and inattentive. Not only did he get our orders wrong, but he also had an attitude the entire time he spoke to me and my husband. I’m always willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but I’m pretty sure he was either high or drunk. I watched him go to the bar at least 3 times taking shots, and later he started to slur his words…
