Stopped by this sub shop after dropping my car off for repairs while waiting for my Lyft. I thought I would be safe and ordered one of my favs – a Rueben. Just needed a quick bite to eat before jumping on our flight back to NY. Everything was fresh and delicious! Just what we needed. I was able to customize a sub how I wanted, as needed. Also chatted with a local who goes there for lunch pretty often. She said pretty much everything she’s tried on their menu was good, and she herself was gonna try something new that day! She highly recommended trying their homemade sauce, and after trying it, I also recommend it!

If you are looking for the Chicago taste, not quite. It tasted like a Philly with no ketchup . It wasn’t gross but it’s just not a Chicago style Italian beef … the onions bell peppers and jalapeños have been boiled and were a soggy texture .. the juice/gravy had no flavor .. which just made the bread soggy for no reason . The meat is cut too thick which made it dry .. and it was small . 4/10 in my book but I will come try more sandwiches
