Absolutely unacceptable — worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
I am honestly still in shock over what happened at Bella Colombia Restaurant. I have gone here MANY times because my business is right next door, but today sealed it forever. This was my last visit.
The blonde woman working there was beyond unprofessional—cold, rude, dismissive, and outright nasty. Her behavior made me feel so uncomfortable and flustered that I literally spilled my drink. Instead of helping, apologizing, or even acting like a human being, I was left to clean up the mess myself. Zero empathy. Zero professionalism.
As if that wasn’t enough, they STILL managed to get our order completely wrong. Total chaos. No accountability. No apology. Just attitude.
Then the most shocking part: a man behind the counter actually told me to “shut up.” Let that sink in. A paying customer—someone who has supported this place repeatedly—was told to shut up. I have NEVER experienced anything so disrespectful and humiliating in a restaurant.
This place has completely lost any sense of customer service, decency, or professionalism. What should have been a simple visit turned into an embarrassing, hostile, and uncomfortable disaster. If you value basic respect, stay far away.
I will never return, and I will absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. Disgraceful.

You can smell this delicious food from the hand car wash down the road! My nose led me too it! I arrived and inquired about the lunch special. It was either chicken or beef with white rice, salad, and the best lentil soup EVER!! The steak, rice and salad were so tasty! And what’s even better was the friendly service! I’m not Colombian, but I am Spanish and do not speak it, yet I can appreciate the quality and taste of this delicious food! People were sitting inside and eating! You know it’s good when tables are full. Anytime I’m having my car hand washed over on this area, I will visit. Heck, I may just come back sooner!

I have to honestly say, this is one of the best Colombian restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The food is fresh and flavorful…the portions are extremely generous. The food taste home made like your abuelita cooked it. You only get food this authentic in Colombia directly. Aside from that, the staff is really welcoming and the service is great. I highly recommend you give la Bella Colombia a try, I promise you won’t regret it.

I love Colombian food, although I’m from a different part of the world. I tried many places, but here I come again and again. The food is delicious, the size is good and they always meet you with a smile. The best place to eat yummy Colombian food. And I’m so glad they have a site now where you can order online. Finally! Fantastic food. They are in the running for best salchipapas in town. The prices are also very reasonable. I will continue coming here for the sandwiches and salchipapas. Maybe one day I’ll get adventurous and order something that I don’t know what it is. They have a good sized menu but I honestly don’t know what half of it is because I don’t understand Spanish very well. Heck sometimes I struggle with English. Anyway give this place a try the food is awesome and affordable.
