First time for us and it won’t be the last. We went on an early Wednesday evening before going to the theatre. The food was excellent . We both had the sea bass with Sicilian potatoes and roasted veg. Then the semifredo and an americano each. One glass of pinot grigio. There was a set menu but the sea bass carrried the day.

Amazing place, excellent ambience, wonderful music, fantastic staff and service. Served quickly and great tables. We had a bread basket, tasted freshly made and rich and ordered a house red which complimented the meal nicely. I ordered the Carbonara and had no complaints at all, it was fantastic! My partner ordered the bolognase and didnt finish it as it tasted bland and almost watered down, like a shop jar of sauce before you add your own seasoning to improve it, with not much meat in the dish too. Service staff noticed unfinished meal and asked if anything wrong, i replied with it didnt really taste of anything and they appologised. Will try another tomato based dish next time to see if it was just an off day or if this is their sauce, i think it was an off day but was disapointed for a Valntines day meal but will still try again. I would recommend giving it a go. Total cost was £45 with two meals, bread basket amd 2 glasses of house wine and we were very happy with that, minus not finishing the bolognase.

Great place. Food is amazing fresh good portion size and tasty. Staff are lovely and quick service. Atmosphere is also lovely ! Amazing little Italian find will definitely be back!!

Fabulous little restaurant in the heart of Swansea! Food was delicious and faultless! 4 of us ate, all starters, mains and sides were hot, tasty and well presented. We had a warm welcome and the attentive staff were so accommodating and friendly! The bar is well stocked with, alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks available, soft drinks and hot drinks too. My ONLY issue is that unfortunately the building’s toilets facilities are downstairs, which could be problematic for wheelchair users & those with mobility issues. This aside, the food, service and atmosphere were all superb! We had a great experience & would gladly return!

This was my second time at Bella Ciao and it did not disappoint. A wide-ranging menu, really friendly staff, and such gorgeous food. The service and general vibe were outstanding. Will definitely be back.

The first time I visited this restaurant was last night and I cannot rave about it enough!! I’ve told everyone they HAVE to try it, the food was absolutely outstanding, piping hot, so flavourful and cooked to perfection!! The staff were incredible, so friendly and super helpful and chatty. It was a busy Saturday night and everything was absolutely perfect. Safe to say I absolutely cannot wait to return asap! Amazing!! (Gutted I didn’t take a better photo)

Attended the restaurant 01/03. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. They asked if the children’s meals should come with the starters.
The food was beautiful and the lunch menu is excellent value. I would be more than happy to attend again.
