I just stopped here after a terrible day. I was cold and frustrated and just wanted something warm. Even though I pulled up at 5:59pm (not realizing they were closing) she served me with a smile, was kind and made me a great drink. Ashley is amazing! She makes the best Lotus drinks—consistently delicious, refreshing, and made just the way I like them. She’s always friendly, attentive, and quick, even when it’s busy.
