horrible service. ordered a 12 in (8 slices), got delivered a 10 in(6 slices). This was for a group of friends….called and the girl who answered the phone is snarky and needs a major attitude adjustment. Didn’t want to hear out what the problem was, her only solution was “How many slices? Well there’s nothing we can do, contact DoorDash” “Want me to block you as a customer so you won’t be disatisfied again?” I asked for a refund as we paid for something and they did not supply the correct amount of paid, “It’s our policy we don’t do refunds” Utterly and completely inappropriate. Looked at reviews on their google and seems the girl has a reputation. This establishment is a scam and honestly not genuine in their rapports. Horrible place for pizza also. Nothing Bella Bolla about it, “Italian” no. Just a copycat for people who don’t care about the people who run it just want their quick fix of pizza.

Although no one said anything about refunds are only refunded only when not using a third party company, it was only said that “It’s in our policy we don’t do refunds.” Period. Weird. Not either of the two people that we spoke to mentioned to drive us a new pizza and neither took accountability that we were given a 10” and not a 12”. The first girl with the horrible attitude did say she can very much block our number as a customer so we weren’t dissatisfied anymore, horrible attitude. Why would we lie about receiving a pizza we didn’t pay for? You can see the picture. (6 slices not 8). We weren’t satisfied because once again we are telling you about the attitude, nothing be done about your company’s mistake nor take the accountability. This is a scam again…paid for a pizza and got less of what we paid for. The customer in this scenario is right and your establishment is disappointing and you have proven that and your employees. The man we spoke to did resolve a simple thing but still doesn’t satisfy that we paid for a pizza and got get less of a pizza. And why on earth would we scam, we find that hilarious. Good day!

We tried several different kinds of pizza, Bella bites, salad and cake. It was all phenomenal, and the customer service was top notch. Todd was incredibly friendly, and is certainly a master of his craft. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic wood fried pizza place ! They have a variety of flavors but you can choose your toppings.
We ordered Californian pizza and our own pizza with garlic base and grounded burger. Both were delicious. Loved the crust cause it was crispy outside and tender inside. They hand made the dough so it might take 15-20 minutes for an order but worth the wait.

We came here back in March for the first time before checking out the antique shop down the street. The location is nice, in downtown Port Huron. We easily found a spot and walked in and sat down for lunch. A lady then brought us some menus and was very helpful.
The pizza here is very good wood fried pizza. Prices were decent for what you get. The menu has lots of options for various types of pizzas. Service was friendly. The atmosphere was pretty good. We’ll definitely be back sometime.

Just went today for the first time. My niece had gone many times before. She has a gluten allergy and they take great care to not cross contaminate. The one girl working today even went above and beyond to make sure the cherizo on one of the pizzas is gluten free. Greatly appreciated! Got the Dragons Den and the Margarita…. So good, highly recommend!

Both pizzas were very good, The specialty bruschetta pizza had one topping that was too much overpowering onion. Less onion more tomato, better balance. The dough had a lot of elasticity in it in both pizzas, a little chewy, I would recommend asking well done., but all in all price point and area a great pizza facility. I will be ordering again!

I’d love to give the pizza 3.5 stars but, unfortunately, the food wouldn’t be enough to get me to come back here.
We didn’t see a single smile the entire time we were here, starting with the staff that seemed annoyed we had walked in at dinner time on a Friday.
When asked about an item on the menu, the you “gentleman” taking our order literally said “I don’t know. I just work here.”
We asked to dine in and were served our salad and pizza in to-go boxes. We asked if we could have silverware and plates. He pointed across the room and said “they’re over there.”
Not exactly the small town charm we had hoped for in this joint.
All that being said, the pizza was pretty good. Not great. Good. Edible but not enjoyable.
I hope this review gets someone in charge to make some changes here.

My daughter and I stopped in at Bella Bolla today ( 12/8 ) for a gluten free BBQ chicken pizza. It looked and tasted great. The two young ladies working were very nice, and got our order made quickly.

Love their pizza but a little disappointed in this visit. Pepperoni pizza had so much sauce the toppings slid right off. The Hawaiian pizza had a portion of it burnt off, seems like it may have stuck to the brick oven.
Additionally, I was told 15 minutes on the phone. I showed up 23 minutes later and only one pizza was ready. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the other pizza to be ready. I would recommend using a hot box to hold the other pizza. By the time I got home I had one cold pizza and one hot one.
