We came into town to see our friends and they recommended this spot. Both my wife and her friend chipped their teeth on the gluten free pizza which resembled fossilized disc. Regular pizza was fare but for the price of a 10 inch frisbee we have to see a dentist over, much less sub par atmosphere they need to up their game or New Windsor needs another option.

You absolutely have to respect the complete and utter lack of care, it feels authentically Italian. If they had an espresso machine and some peroni or moretti I might actually believe I stepped into the old country. Or at least until the food came.
This truly was an experience to remember. I had never eaten a steak and cheese with unmelted cheese before. Now the abysmal sandwich isn’t entirely their fault, I take full responsibility for not checking what type of cheese they use.

Customer service sucks over there. Sherry is not a nice person and whoever that guy is I’m thinking it’s her boyfriend. He’s very disrespectful and they when I was in there eating they decided to go in the back and not come out to see how I was doing if I needed anything else, and I was waiting out front to order something else and I could see them in the back the corner of my eye making out

The manager tall blonde woman was very nasty when I approached the counter on a Saturday very rude to the employees even arguing at one point doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing and the drivers work hard for very little pay get rid of her the place would feel much more relaxed and pleasant

My family just moved to the area, and Belisimos has kept us fed on multiple occasions when I didn’t have the energy to cook. I wanted to leave a review because not only is the food good and the value excellent, but the customer service is wonderful. I just placed an order, and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly kind. Usually have great reviews about New Windsor location but the last few (3) deliveries were not good. Food has been cold (hot subs and pizza) or luke warm. I understand things can get busy…but every delivery. Unfortunately this is the closest for delivery for us. Not always able to pick up
