Enthusiastic caring staff. Seemed local and perhaps family owned. Food was fine but not great. A bit bland and lacking in spice or flavor. That reflects more on my likes. I don’t doubt what they cook is authentic and properly made. Prices were fair and reasonable. They do pass along the 3% surcharge if using a credit card and add that to the bill.

The food was very good. The service was well done, and I just love the feel of the place. Red checked table cloths and all. Sauces here are not the super thick sauces of other places. The flavor is perfect.

First time trying this place. They give you free bread and dipping sauce at the beginning which was very good I asked for some real butter. They accommodated me very quick. The breadsticks with cheese is also good. We ordered a slice of pizza to try which is actually a pizza cooked in a triangle. The chicken fettuccine alfredo was very good also. Going back next week to try out their standard Pizza 18-in if it’s anything like the slice of pizza looking forward to it very much. The cheese and crust

Wish I could give a better review. Our server was nice. Took our order, brought our drinks. Got our food, but had to ask salads after we received our entrees. I has the eggplant parmesan. This was the first time we had ever been here, but I took my wife Kimberly there for her birthday. It was one of the best experiences we have had eating out. We had the Mexican calzone and cheese sticks and a salad. The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best food and friendly atmosphere in our area. We will definitely be going back there real soon.

Decided to treat my fiance to a Valentine’s Day dinner there and overall it was a horrible experience, only enjoyed myself because she was there. My fiance ordered baked spaghetti with meatballs and she instantly developed severe heartburn and was unable to finish her meal. I ordered a spinach calzone and while the taste was great I should have brought a sharpened knife to cut it with. This was our first time, and probably last time, visiting this restaurant.

I am mad that I forget about this place all the time. Traditional Italian food right in the heart of Portsmouth. Complimentary bread to start off your meal and a very tentative staff. Never a long wait to be seated. The food is good! I wish they had a better wine menu.
