A business that truly cares about it’s customers and continues to serve mind-blowing empanadas and desserts.
The first thing that catches the eye when we enter is the simple yet pleasing decor. Their shelves are stocked with an array of goodies and lip-smacking desserts that make you drool.
My favorites are their Chocotorta and Spinach empanadas. Chocotorta was the perfect blend of richness and sweetness and the empanada was still warm with crunchy on the outside and cheesy and gooey on the inside. Service is fast and the parking spots are plenty. I’d love to visit this Argentinian bakery once again!
Don’t forget to try out their samples before buying.

I always have a wonderful experience at this Argentine empanada place! I went with my coworkers to celebrate a birthday, and everything was excellent. The empanadas were delicious and full of authentic flavor.
What really stood out was the service. I asked at the last minute if they could prepare a birthday cake, and they made it right there while we were eating. They were so accommodating and friendly, and it made the celebration feel really special.

The best empanadas in town! They are always fresh, perfectly crispy, and packed with flavor. I highly recommend the chicken empanada it’s juicy, well-seasoned, and delicious. It is like taking a bite of chicken noodle soup, the only I can explain it! Deliciously warm and cozy comfort. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Definitely a must-try spot if you love great food!

Came here on a whim without any expectations and was blown away. The empanadas are so good and reminded me of the ones I had in Miami! I had the spinach and cheese and that one was my favorite. They made mine fresh for me and came out less than 5 minutes later hot and very fresh. Very reasonable prices and very clean and cute on the inside.
The empanadas here are much better than the ones at La Buena Gente in Decatur.

Have been there twice now this week! I have had the beef and cheese, chicken, and chicken and cheese empanadas and they were all delicious! I have also had the lemon mouse (OMG, so delicious), the ricotta tart, the lemon bite, and the dulce flan. All of it was amazing….in fact, so amazing that I brought a friend today and she loved it too! I’m hoping for a special one day of a “brisket” empanada…just sounds delicious!

I actually saw this place on Fox5 news as a spotlight segment. So me and my daughter came about two weeks ago and the empanadas we’re so delicious and very filling. They definitely didn’t taste like the regular empanadas I’m used to having, these were way better and plenty of flavor. I love the fact that there are so many to choose from. The restaurant and atmosphere was very nice. Will definitely add this cute spot to my Favorites list

A friend recommended this place since I am Argentine and lives in Switzerland I miss a good empanada. These are the best empanadas I’ve had! They are super fresh and taste incredibly good!
I tried the beef, the spinach and the chicken cheesy. One better than the other! The sweets were also like you would have them back home. Home made alfajores, rogelito, marquise, chocotorta, coconut and dulce de leche squares…. Brownies, all incredible!
If you are a coffee lover this is also your place, I had a latte macchiato and it was sooo good! Best coffee I had in the US so far. Place is super clean, service very nice. We ended up taking a couple dozen home for dinner along with some sweets for dessert. You have to try this place if you are in Atlanta.

Initial review over a year ago:Baked with heart/love is right! I finally made it here after noticing the sign a while back. Belen de la Cruz is an empanadas fan’s heaven! It’s a nice, clean, bright space serving several options of savory empanadas and cute little desserts. I ordered a variety of 5 (Spinach, Cheese & Beef, and Onion) but 2-3 are definitely a nice portion and they are all labeled as shown in the pics. They were hot, flavorful, delicious and full of the ingredients with no air pockets inside. I can’t really name a favorite because they were all really good!
I also got two little desserts as well but I’m too full to eat them now…LOL
I’ll definitely be back for more!
