Food is good not great but the value is really high here. They do not skimp on the meat at all which was a nice surprise.

super rude customer service, boyfriend ended up with food poisoning all day today due to their sesame chicken. would avoid unless you want to lay in bed all day unable to move.

This place has awesome dishes. Great prices and a good size parking lot… service was exceptional as well… lunch portions STILL a hefty size. I get Sweet n Sour chicken. Only complaint is, on pick up/ delivery orders, they should put the sauce on the side..it makes chicken soggyish… otherwise

This was a take out order on 02/14/25. I ordered 2 large shrimp fried rice w/extra shrimp, extra bean spouts and 6 shrimp rolls over the phone she told me 45 minutes it took longer than 45 minutes She never fried the rice in the wok like she normally does. She started putting my order in a box. My rice was over cooked and starchy it was steamed rice instead of fried rice with shrimps and bean spouts added to it. We tried to eat it but it’s not the same and both boxes went in to the trash, no taste and it too greasy it’s not the same! $54.00 down the drain. She has lost my business!

It had been a couple of years before I was willing to give them another chance. What a mistake to trust them again!! First, their. packaging is pathetic. Fluid all over appetizers, everything! Spring rolls… god awful!!! Hardly spent any time in the deep fryer. Pale, tough, nasty. Fried dumplings used to be average. Even more tough, thick, & doughy!! Entrees were average.
They should pay attention to the fortune cookie they gave me. It said…’Business is a lot like playing tennis; if you don’t serve well, you lose’. Well, you’ve lost me FOREVER!!!!!
I’ve forgiven bad packaging & poor customer service in the past. The awful food is a dealbreaker.

I work nearby and come here for lunch at least three times a week. They are faster than any fast food place nearby (15 minutes is the longest you’ll ever wait) and the food is just so filling and good.
My go-to is the Sweet and Sour Chicken, it’s a giant box of perfectly crispy chicken chunks with a tub of sauce. It was good enough to make me write this review.

I really like their food. Been eating here for years, but customer service lacks much! I’ve watched the little boy grow up and he is always kind, but the mother is not nice at all and extremely cheap. I called in an order at 11:30 and asked for a lunch combo. When I got there, they had prepared a regular combo which is several dollars more per combo. First of all, most people that call in at lunch time want a LUNCH combo. Secondly, when I told her I wanted the lunch combo, she started to literally take the food back out of the bag and to give me a smaller portion because she said it was more food. First of all, I had already paid and didn’t want to wait for her to do all of that. Secondly, who actually takes back food? What are you going to do with it? I certainly hope not give it to someone else? Previously, she tried to charge me $.75 for a container of red sauce. ??? I probably will still eat here from time to time because the food is pretty good, but I just don’t care for their customer service and don’t care to patronize places that don’t appreciate their customers, especially regular ones.

Authentic food. Very tasty. Great prices. Nice size portions. I had a friend who lived in the area, and was introduced the Beijing, in the early 00’s. Ordered takeout there quite often, almost every time I visited. I still order out when I’m in the area. Have even made specific trip just to satisfy my craving (live in Clintonville). Yep! It’s that good. Favorites are General Tso, roast pork (with veg or LoMein), and hands down the best crab Rangoon in the county. I got hooked on the Rangoon when I ordered the poopoo platter. If you have a goto dish, try their version. I don’t like baby corns, I ask them to leave it out and they have no problems accommodating. Not a ‘fancy’ place, don’t let it fool you. They’re geared for takeout. They focus on the food, not the fancy.

They have good food but they have raised their prices every time we go there. This time it was $35 for 2 lunch portion combos, a small rice and one appetizer. Use to be about $23! They think they are a fine dining restaurant apparently!
Customer service is horrible, They have never been a friendly business that is for sure
