Our family of 7 stopped there on our way home from Abingdon, MD. They were so sweet! They set up a table for us, brought us everything and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS. I had barbecue boneless ribs and they’re the best I’ve ever had. They helped us throughout our meal. Highly recommend.

I am disappointed to be writing this. As someone who has frequently ordered and referred people to this restaurant I have never had a negative experience such as this one. I have worked in customer service since high school. I do not understand the mentality of making an error and not putting an entree into the bag. Not checking the order is in its entirety before the customer leaves. Then when the customer calls after picking up and getting home to say an item was missing the individual tells the customer “the options are you can either come and pick it up or we can refund your money.” I was really upset and the fact that they didn’t really apologize. Didn’t offer to deliver it because they were “too busy” and “didn’t have time.” I understand being busy however I feel like more could’ve been done to help resolve this. They gave me a Coke when I sent my brother to pick up my missing item from my order because I just got back and was entertaining. Overall just disappointed and wish it were handled better. The food we did get wasn’t the best. Chicken was dry and little flavor in the fried rice we ordered.
