Simple, menu. Open kitchen with hot fiery woks, always a great sign.
Very impressive, especially for Northern Colorado they are using homemade noodles made daily.
I will definitely be back to try other authentic noodle dishes when I’m in the area.

What is this over rating at 4.8 around, I was excited to go there for lunch and when I got there I ordered the lunch special kung po chicken and it was not good at all and plus it was in like Buffet style serving but they serve you and the food was not even hot, just warm and just not good at all! See photos. This probably take the cake of all time sucks. No I won’t be going back anytime soon let alone the atmosphere is just awful! Beware!

Absolutely fantastic noodles and dumplings! Our new favorite place for the whole family and everything was very good. Pan fried dumplings, wonton noodle soup and a pork belly rice dish were all on point. Definitely don’t hesitate, this place is amazing, cheers!

The noodles are amazing! We had the gravy noodles and dumpling soup. Both were delicious! We also had a milk pancake and green onion pancake, but forgot to take pictures because they were so good!

Aside from the stark strip-mall setting, this is NOT your average middle America strip-mall Chinese restaurant. Food is amazing, cooked fresh, and quickly.
I have been twice. Once to dine in as a party of 7. The next time, take out for 4.
Oil Spill Noodles w/Pork are the best menu item! So delicious….it’s hard to stop eating even when you are full. Definitely enough food for me to have for dinner, and lunch the next day.
Tea Eggs have wonderful flavor.
Green onion pancake….cooked to perfection, very flavorful!
The staff and owner provide great service, are friendly and work hard to ensure that you have a great experience.

Best food in Fort Collins. The oil spill noodles go crazy, but the rest of the menu is great too. Super affordable! Great dining ambience too – quiet, and warm. Great service. Not a bad word to say about this place!

If you hated this restaurant, you must have ordered the wrong thing! I am pretty sure the majority of Fort Collins would weep and grieve if this fantastic place ever shut down. Love it here! More restaurants like this need to offer authentic foods from their cultures, instead of only offering the Americanized ideas of said food.

I have been here previously and it has been pretty good. Last night when I came in with a friend, it wasn’t very great. First off, my water glass had a fair bit of rubbery funk floating around in it, which was nasty. I got the pork dumpling & noodle soup, which was pretty good, although super bland, but I’m not sure if that’s how it’s meant to be? Staff is a little awkward. It really just doesn’t feel clean to me.
A couple positive things, though- their sweet milk pancakes are incredibly tasty, crunchy and chewy and moderately sweet, and their bottled drink selection is unique and delicious.

The food is AMAZING! I had three items and they were all delicious! The customer service is top notch! When I asked for the mapo tofu, they said they ran out, but they were kind enough to give me a small plate.
We will definitely come back here! Thanks for the delicious eats!

short story, don’t miss this place if you love noodles and are in the choice city. Their Wuhan noodles and pan fried pork dumplings are my go to, but the hot and sour soup is remarkable, and I love their seaweed salad. everyone is so kind and they are always so busy. happy for them, and for you if you go!
