It’s a small family run Chinese restaurant and decor is suitable to one you might expect in an old lumber mill town. Authentic Everett, not fancy, but clean and well lit without feeling neon or fluorescent.
The food, that’s why we come here. The food is delicious and the service is friendly and warm. Hot and sour soup is where we always start and then it’s off to try something new or enjoy an old favorite. We’ll be back…

Kinda disappointed in food overall. Honey walnut shrimp was a strange orange color and tasted like generic sweet sauce. Food was bit salty/greasy and MSG heavy.
Texture on deep fried food was good. Would chalk it up to a step above chinese mall food. Not sure if I would come back as looking for more quality.

A wonderful low-key establishment of joy a tasty meal! We went in at a slow time, and were instantly greeted, and seated, handed menus and offered tea and asked about drinks. Personally, I can tell you I go to most Chinese restaurants and find them somewhat generic, but this one definitely stand out in love it up amongst my personal favorites. When unique part I noticed, was the menu, highlighted spicy items, and those spicy items were actually asked how spicy I would prefer. Never had that before! My date, and I both ordered combinations hers, and #2 and mine, the #6. I appreciate the variety and combination options being so many people, very between spicy, or maybe seafood, or the variety of chicken. There’s a little bit of everything for people here in the service was on par and was over and beyond attentive to us, while helping other tables, And pick up orders.
Highly recommend trying out Beijing garden. If you’re in the mood for some Chinese and poor local Everett business! We will return soon!

Should have gone to Burger Stop up the road. This was just so sad. Might as well go to the mall food court. Got the deep-fried almond chicken and happy family. Both were soggy and without flavor. Seemed like something they reheated out of a box. How can sauceless fried chicken be soggy? Like, it wasn’t good American Chinese food, and it wasn’t good regional Chinese food, just sad sad sad. You can’t suck this much for $21 dollar entrees!

They have a great lunch special. Very quiet little restaurant. I have come here on and off for years and they have been very consistent with their food. Almond chicken, orange chicken and chicken with asparagus are all good lunch options. Comes with soup, spring rolls, rice and entree (Lunch special)

Food was typical Chinese take out style. Everything was fresh, hot, and not soggy. Would. Prices are in the higher end. Nice staff but slow service.

I used to order from Beijing Garden all the time when I lived in Everett, but they have seriously gone downhill. I ordered for delivery to my office today and wish I had ordered from somewhere else.
My coworker and I ordered honey walnut prawns. They are fried prawns smothered in HONEY MUSTARD and served on iceberg lettuce (which wilts and sticks to it). It’s a very odd flavor, but I guess I can deal with that. The thing that I can’t deal with is the inedible hot and sour soup. The smell and flavor is VERY off-putting. It has almost a floral smell and taste to it, which is really unpleasant. The chow mein that came with our orders was apparently a mixed-protein variety and had shrimp, chicken, and beef in it. Weird, but okay. The only thing I can say was good was the spring rolls.
No utensils or napkins were included. One packet of soy sauce, one tiny cup of sesame seeds, and a second one of hot mustard. For two large meals. Further, the website says $20 minimum order, but won’t let you actually place an order under $35.

This is a hidden gem! The food is incredible with large portions at a reasonable price. I always end up going home with enough food for 2 more meals! (I have only ate at the restaurant so I can’t speak for the take out.)

Was excited to try since the reviews were good. We will never come back. The Mongolian beef and almond chicken were on a lot of combinations so we thought that would be safe. Almond chicken was good but the Mongolian beef was mostly onions and blobs of fat. See picture. The pork fried rice was mushy and tasted like chicken broth. The spring rolls were mushy inside like the roll wasn’t cooked enough. The bbq pork had black spots on it. The fried prawns were good and so was the sweet and sour. Unfortunately we both got food poisoning and were up most of the night sick.
