Beijing Chinese Restaurant is a hidden gem, perfect for takeout lovers seeking fresh, flavorful food with no frills. The portions are generous, and every dish is made with care, ensuring a satisfying meal. One standout feature is their attention to customer care—they take food allergies seriously. They even called us to inform us that one of the items we ordered contained an ingredient we were allergic to, which shows their commitment to safety and service. Plus, their nostalgic white paper rice boxes are a fun throwback to 90s takeout, making every order feel extra special. Highly recommended for anyone craving great Chinese food with excellent customer service!

Called and placed an order for saseem chicken with fried rice and the food was delicious. When I arrived, my food was ready for pick up and was greeted by a really nice lady working behind the counter. Only thing is if your order is less then $10 we have to pay with cash, which wasn’t an issue because the cost of the meal was only $7. Trying getting chicken, fried rice and an egg for $7 nowadays.

Food was fine, but easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I accidentally ordered coconut shrimp instead of coconut chicken. When the food came out I took the shrimp up to the counter and said, “I’m so sorry, I wanted the coconut chicken not the shrimp.” The woman told me I said shrimp. I told her I didn’t think I did, but regardless I did not want the shrimp. She went back and forth with me for a while before she said, “it’s on camera.” I told her again that I didn’t think I said shrimp but even still I didn’t want it. She rang up the chicken and asked me to pay. I told her if she was going to make me pay I would just keep the shrimp. I then left to go sit with my family to finish our meal. I was done with the situation. The lady came to the table a few minutes later and put her phone near my face and told me to watch the recording of me ordering food. I told her I did not care to see it and was busy feeding my 18 month old daughter. She stayed and played the entire 30 second conversation just to prove she was right about me saying shrimp before leaving and reminding me again that I said shrimp. At that point, my family and I decided to leave. We packed up the kids and got ready to leave. As we were leaving the lady came out and said the coconut chicken was almost done. We took the chicken and said our goodbyes. I have been in customer service for almost a decade and have dealt with similar situations where I knew the customer misspoke. The average transaction was about $400. Instead of arguing with the customer and shoving video recordings in their faces I just made the customer happy to ensure their continued patronage knowing the company would be out maybe $200 or so. To be so petty and insistent over $13 of chicken was astounding to me. Because of this interaction we will never be going back to this establishment and will strongly encourage friends and family to not spend their money here.

So we have ordered many times and I have to argue with them that the very small container in the middle is not the right amount of rice for 2 large sweet and sour chicken meals. And they want me to pay for more rice? That is the size of a kids cup? Very poor customer service very poor English so they never understand what you are trying to tell them. Very said for $30 for 2 meals

This is a nice little “hole-in-the-wall” Chinese restaurant. It’s nothing fancy, but the food is delicious. The staff is always friendly, though their English is limited.
The menu listed on Google Maps is wrong so I posted pictures of the actual menu.

I don’t do this a lot at all (reviews) but the food was so bad I couldn’t hold back this time.Im not proud when I say I grew up in a less fortunate house and a mother that couldn’t have cared less and I know this taste. This food sure was hot when I got it, but food came out of a freezer and reheated I know the taste all too well. Having been in the military I’ve been to several Asian countries and just can’t stress enough how disgusting this food was, I ended up cooking food for my wife and family. $40 wasn’t worth trying to stomach it. They have zero appreciation for what good food should be because they force you to pay a tip. Biggest rip off both monetarily and culturally. Panda Express does better.
