I was born and raised in this valley and this has always been one of my favorite restaurants! Even as I’ve moved and lived in other places throughout the years, I’ve always thought of Beijin-Tokyo. Nothing compares for me. My all time favorite is the classic Singapore noodle dish and I always order the crispy noodles as a side. Whatever I get, there’s always great flavor. The owners and staff are welcoming and friendly! I hope to always be able to come dine here 🙂

Simply. Delicious.
Kung Pao Shrimp – spicy, but not overly so. Sauce is delicious. There is a lot of it, but it’s the high end kind. Not where the sauce just overwhelms the dish. Veggies were crunchy and wonderful. Shrimp cooked to perfection. Portion size is big enough that I took some leftovers (which I ate for lunch the next day while writing up this review).
Husband ordered the Cashew Chicken which also got two thumbs up. I got a bite, too, and wanted to steal another and another…
We shared a Wor Wonton Soup which had a fantastic broth. The wonton along with the stuffing was perfect. The celery was very fresh, flavorful, and crunchy.
And had we not been exhausted from a long day of road tripping and visiting Dinosaur National Monument we would have enjoyed walking to and from the restaurant to our AirBnB. Good location for us.

It was take out, sea weed salad – dicent, tuna roll – fish wasn’t fresh. And double Tangerine main course – burned pieces of tangerines and very chewy pieces of something, you cant even taste beef or chicken… disappointing

It’s was a good place to have lunch. The chicken fried rice was good but a bit oily. The lunch options are nice which includes veggies, soup and Rangoon.

Really wonderful lunch special that is also available on weekends. I got General Tso and loved it. The service is wonderful, my drink was always full.

Absolutely terrible. The worst chicken teriyaki I’ve ever had. Strips of chicken in a sickeningly sweet syrup the consistency of glue. Could not eat. I don’t understand the positive ratings here. No part of this meal was good. Go to Ming’s right up the road. Great service and food that is great.
