Deep dish pizza was excellent. The service was good to get the food out, but it could use a little attention after food had arrived. The atmosphere was what we drove up from Indy for. Very cool setup in an old movie theater. Unfortunately, we were told that the organist moved away a few years ago, so we weren’t able to enjoy that aspect, which is why we opted for this particular location. Maybe we’ll have a chance in the future if we’re back in the area.

I recently dined in with a friend who sprained his wrist and luckily it wasn’t his ankles that were injured. While I must say that the quality of food remains superb (as pictured, the pizza was delicious and delivered to the table smoking hot) i cannot say I am a fan of the dine-in experience.

So disappointed they haven’t found another person to play the pipe organ. It was so unique, that organ made your place stand out and is a deciding factor on where we should go for pizza.. now that you don’t play the organ on the weekends anymore, your no different than any other pizza place…. so disappointed .. It is very well constructed and prepared. There are an ample amount of condiments on this large deep dish pizza. The layering sequence of sauce and condiments definitely works to rise the flavor level. The taste is unforgettable. I always get pizza here when I come to town. I can even have it partially cooked and frozen so it can travel the distance back home with me.

I’ve been supporting this location for over 20 years. Their motto that they pile it on is usually accurate. Ordered 2 pizzas today a family sausage and small pepperoni for our grandson. These are the worst ever and if I hadn’t picked them up myself I’d argue they didn’t come from Beggars.

Been coming to Lansing location since they opened, today our order was wrong and the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Offered me a $2 credit or wait another hour for a new pizza. Not the first time and I understand stuff happens. Other managers have offered 1/2 off on next order. $5 would have been acceptable. Ill I’ll never come back again after how I was talked to. Horrible customer service. I told the “manager” the food was salty. I came in there during shift change (5 min difference) one ticket was BEYOND salty the other was the normal Beggars. The manager argued the entire time although I told him I wasn’t trying to argue, I just wanted to let him know. My baby threw up the little food she ate saying it was too much salt. I spent over $70 and could not even get them to hear me out.
