The pizza is mediocre and not one of the better locations. I received a pizza that was incorrectly done and missing ingredients. I didn’t realize this until I got home to Hyde Park. I called back and they expected me to get back in my car and bring the pizza back after already being inconvenienced.
I mistakenly thought the owner cared about customer service and the quality of how the pizza tasted. I WAS WRONG. The owner couldn’t care less about the quality of his pizza or service and said that if his employees had re made my pizza and refunded my money he personally would have taken it out of their pay checks! So the restaurant not only serves mediocre pizza, it encourages bad customer service, and apparently is a horrible place to work.

Placed an online order at 1:30pm to be picked up at 6:45pm. I get there at 7:30pm and order was not ready. Was told to wait another 15 minutes on an order that should’ve already been made. Clearly this location does not have it together.

My deep dish was undone , turkey sausage was still cold, green peppers on top of the pizza instead of under the cheese like it supposed to be..crust was mushy and undone I am currently trying to get a refund or dispute the charge because my pizza was inedible!!! Whew..where do I start they have very-very bad customer service check all bags open your pizza box before you leave make sure everything is in the bag the manager should not be managing anything there they are not accommodating when they mess up it’s like it is what it is ..they messed up my chicken 24.00 worth of chicken did they bother to fix it nope.. they didn’t put my salad dressing or the extra dressing I paid for.. didn’t put my bbq sauce on it or on the side for the chicken. I got some soggy burnt smelling chicken and the manager didn’t care he told me to come get the sauce not coming back up there for a bbq sauce or a dressing what should’ve been done is a credit off next time or make my wings over ..this order went over 3 hours because the first order they claim someone with the same name and number came and paid and picked it up about 5 mins before I got there that don’t sound right to begin with so ok .. remake it took another hour came back somethings still not right Ate everything except the soggy stinky chicken even the dry salad..I hope they close this place .

They’re slow even when it’s empty. Delivery, takeout doesn’t matter. You will be waiting an additional 30+ mins after to actual pickup time. Employees are awful with communication. It seems like only 1-2 are working there at a time.
For the pricing, you’d think they’d at least have some kind of good service. Either get new management or close this place down. It’s somehow getting worse.

Pizza is good, service and parking lot are sketchy and they nickel and dime you for everything. I believe she said ten cents a plate. ♀️ At least give me a few complimentary plates with a large pizza.

They don’t deserve any stars customer service horrible and extremely slow came in showed a Spanish guy my door dash order he said 10-15 minutes I went back in after 15 min another guy came to the window with an attitude asked what order did I have when I told him he went to the back for about 3 min came back and told me it will be 10 minutes when I told him the other guy said the same thing he’s like oh well I just got here like really never again will I ever go here
