I tried beggers for the first time a few days ago since all my other pizza places started making pizzas like crap to save a dollar. I was always told to try beggers that I would like it. Yes I loved its very good pizza, so its now my favorite over Langels and the original Johns.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was my first time trying beggars pizza and was so disappointed. I ordered a chicken taco pizza and I don’t know what they gave me. I had to literally throw the pizza away. It was cold so I tried to warm it up and the cheese didn’t even want to melt. Had no sour cream or lettuce on it. Never told them to put hot peppers on it either. Then the sad thing is you spend all this money and they come back and say we’re sorry and hope to do better. This comes with bad management and not training the employees correctly!!

Three stars for the interior design, staff was moderately friendly, quick in and out transaction.
Hot pizza and melted cheese but
either the sauce or the bread had a sour taste to it . I have tried restaurants all over the country as an OTR truck driver, and never ordered a pie that I didn’t
want to finish other than for the reason of being full, beggars pizza in Gary Indiana made the cut for the first pie that stayed put.
The purpose of this review is not to steer people away, locals, if they have gotten accustomed to this as “good pizza” to each his own, but I hope the cook could improvise those ingredients or change it up, because dinner last night held much
disappointment.

I have visited this place a couple of times in the last 30 days, and each time it has been closed. I used to run there during my lunch break to grab a slice or two, but now the door is locked, and there are no signs indicating whether it’s temporarily closed or for how long.
This is poor business management. It’s frustrating that they can’t even update their Google business page or put up a sign on the door or window.
I feel like my time has been wasted. If I had known it was closed, I would have gone to a different place.

I gave this location in Gary 1 star because ive been a loyal customer for 6 yrs and when a customer with the same name brought his pizza back because it was the wrong pizza. (He had to open the box to know).im watching as the pizza was reshelved so i asked the young lady if she was trying to resale me the pizza a previous customer she said no.lied to my face.i declined to buy that pizza..smh.

It’s Good to be back Home, been 12 years since i have had decent pizza. This is the 2nd time i have been to this location in a week. I am a fan of Great Service. I Love the way they treat Me here even tho it’s hard to communicate here due to the Extremely Thick Bullet proof glass with an intercom to speak through. I don’t blame them tho, neighborhood outside is Pretty Rough. This Location Definitely has My Loyalty
