From the hosts, servers and our dedicated waiter, Andres, we had amazing service at Beertown Masonville last night for my birthday! Andres had confidence in his drink suggestions, which turned out great, and guided some of our food choices, too. I was so impressed by his attention and friendliness. The other servers assisting were equally friendly and professional! What a great birthday dinner out!

Beertown never disappoints. I’m genuinely obsessed with their vegetarian menu…. There are so many great options, and it actually feels intentional, not like an afterthought. The fried “chicken” sandwich is unreal and easily one of my favourite veggie dishes anywhere.
Even the little details stand out, like their housemade ketchup, which is honestly so good it deserves its own mention. Everyone at our table loved their meals, and the food was consistently solid across the board.
Great atmosphere, great food, and plenty of vegetarian options to keep me coming back. We’ll definitely return.

For a chain restaurant, it’s great, pricey but great. We were there on Saturday Nov 22, Our server was kind and friendly, she always made sure we had drinks and made sure we were happy. The food was great but we ordered too much and took most of the nachos home. Great craft beer on tap too!!

We are big fans of Beertown North in London, and have recently started ordering takeout from them. Both times there have been issues with the portions. Please see the pictures included. Does this look like $19 or 1 pound worth of wings? It is not, it’s 9 ounces, or 1/2 a pound. Do these look like $9 small salads? The containers shown are about quart sized. We orders $60 worth of food and will end up hungry. Unacceptable! We would like to be compensated.

We had our family Christmas at the Masonville location yesterday. The food was fantastic, atmosphere fantastic, service fantastic! Our servers went above 5 stars. I remember our one servers name is Lauren. Unfortunately I forget our 2nd server. The Manager was absolutely fantastic to help us book and set up for our large group dinner. All staff were absolutely amazing all night. Super helpful with beer selection and making sure we were taken care of all night. Our server and the bar manager were lovely people who are very good at their jobs! Food was absolutely delicious too we left stuffed. The mint Nanaimo bar dessert was sooo good. Definitely went above and beyond even on a busy Saturday night. Highly recommend

A different take on breakfast. I had the Brewers Breakfast. Eggs done properly, toast was a bit dry, lose the beans, smash home fries are a different take on regular home fries. Wife had the Creme Brulee Banana Waffle which I got to sample. It was delicious caramelized sugar whip cream no need to say anything more.

I had a fantastic experience at Beertown! The food is absolutely delicious—especially the Mongolian Pork Belly—and the beer selection is top-tier.
What really made the night, though, was the service. Our server was amazing and incredibly attentive. When I mentioned a quick question about whether the pork belly was supposed to be served cold, she immediately communicated with her manager, Laura.
Even though I didn’t even ask for a replacement, Laura took total initiative and handled everything perfectly. It’s rare to see a team work together so seamlessly to make sure a guest is happy. I’m sorry I didn’t catch our server’s name, but she was great and really made the meal a highlight. I’ll definitely be back!
