The spicy Parmesan Garlic wings are delicious. Andrea was an excellent bartender, food recommendations were great and very polite. I will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items.

You owe it to yourself to visit Beer Barrel Pizza in Findlay and request Madison as your server. Incredible pizza, drinks and atmosphere AND… Madison makes it that much better. Possibly the best service I’ve experienced in a sports bar environment with the best pizza around.

We had a fun time when we went to this restaurant on a Saturday evening. Lots of TVs are on the walls with various sports on most of them. It was quite busy, but the 2 of us had no wait for a table. The food was good, and our service was stellar. They have a moderate number of local and national beers. Though it was noisy with a full restaurant, we were able to have a conversation in our booth. They are conveniently located near several hotels.

The beer barrel is our favorite place to eat in all of Findlay. Not only is the food delish ( brussel sprouts) but the service is really what we come for! Every time my daughter hears us talking about going out to eat she runs in and say let’s go see Missi at the beer barrel! (She’s 6 and knows missi makes the best Shirley temple around) I have a long history in the food industry from Cheesecake Factory to fine dining! Missi Edward’s always anticipates our needs and has extensive menu knowledge! Her ability to provide absolute guest satisfaction keeps us coming back!

It was pretty busy when we arrived and we were initially told a 20-minute wait, which ended up being closer to 40 minutes. We understood it was crowded, but the longer wait did set expectations a bit higher.
The highlight of the meal was definitely the breaded pickle spears. Those were the one thing we genuinely enjoyed.
We ordered the bacon BBQ burger and the Cajun blackened Bleu burger. Unfortunately, both came out lukewarm at best and were pretty bland. The Cajun burger, in particular, didn’t taste like it had any Cajun seasoning at all. We considered saying something, but we were starving and didn’t want to wait for remakes.
We also ordered loaded fries with our burgers. They came out a few minutes after the burgers, separately. They were very hot, which was nice, but for a $2 upcharge we expected more cheese and bacon than what was served.
As for service, after our server brought our drinks, we needed a few more minutes to decide what we wanted since it was our first time there. It ended up being about 15 minutes before she came back to take our order, and there wasn’t much check-in after that.
Not awful, but not somewhere we’re in a rush to return to.

It was okay, while none of the food was bad, it wasn’t great either. Burger was kind of plain for being a house specialty and the patties were definitely pre-formed. The spicy chicken wasn’t spicy and had a strange taste, again, not bad just different . Nothing moves real fast inside and the decor is your standard Applebee’s feel. Plenty of parking around and plenty of space inside.
