First time dining at Beer Barrel & Pizza! My husband and I were just passing through and decided to give it a try, and it definitely met all our expectations. The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the service!
Yasmine was our server, and she went above and beyond to make our first experience a great one. I had the chicken noodle soup and the buffalo pizza—both were full of flavor and absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the boneless wings and coleslaw. He loved all the sauces he tried, but the spicy ghost pepper was his favorite!
Everything came out hot and fresh, and all our needs were met. Thank you for such a wonderful first experience!

I have been to this restaurant several times. This last one was the worst. My service was absolutely horrible. My family and I went for my birthday. The restaurant area is never busy. Bar usually is. Our server and another girl was complaining about another waitress to the male manager right next to our table. After she was done she stood at the bar for a few minutes talking to the bartender. Did not fill our drinks or ask if we wanted a refill. We were the for a little over an hour. Then when asked for the bill. Saw she overcharged us. Then argued because she put in the wrong iteam. After getting her to fix the bill, she was talking to another lady about it. They both came to our table. The waitress whole deminer changed. The other lady that accompanied her to our table waited for her to walk away and said. I heard you had some issues with your food tonight. There are two different kind of loaded fries. My boyfriend stopped her and said I am aware we ordered off your happy hour menu. She even asked we wanted bacon we told her no….the server rang up the wrong item. The manager should of tried a different approach instead of coming at us the way she did. There is two other Beer Barrel in Lima would prefer one of them over this one. Place needs new management and better training for their servers….side note we went a week prior to this visit a young lady with a really short hair cut was amazing. Have her train your new girls.

I put in an almost $100 order online. On BEER BARREL ‘S WEBSITE. The site took my order, my money, and sent me a confirmation. I out in my apartment number when I ordered, but it didn’t show on the confirmation email, so I called the location directly like the site says to do. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone told me, “if he saw the driver he’d tell him my apartment number” and that “we don’t have anything to do with that.” This was very confusing to me because I ordered from beer barrels website, not door dash, and it said it MAY be delivered by a 3rd party vendor, not that they only have 3rd party delivery company’s as I was informed when I called!!!! This is food for my family tonight! I have 3 children and an almost $100 order is a big deal in this household bc it’s our food money being spent! The lack of concern was ATROCIOUS and I will NEVER order from here again! I will be SURE to tell every ear that will listen how awful the human beings you guys hire are. All I asked for was a little help, maybe in telling the driver, but a “if I see him” was all I was due. Never again. And I will be copying this, and posting to yest, Google wherever!

Had an order for 3:45 pickup, I ordered this online hours in advance. My pizza wasn’t “done” until 4:30. This caused me to be late picking up my son, which costed me. Went to eat it and it’s basically dough with melted cheese on the top (barely cooked). The lady there was apologetic and offered to take some money off my bill. I’ll never go back but if you do decide to order food here be sure to order it for an hour ahead of when you actually want to get it. The wings are pretty good, definitely not worth ruining your evening over though.

I went here 2 days in a row. Both days were the same. They have good food but horrible service. We sat in the section just left as you walk in the door. People are nice enough but take forever to get anything done.

Came in with a party of 11 for my wife’s birthday, by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Out of the 11 people only 2 people individually ordered and everyone else shared things. We ordered a 21 inch Pepperoni pizza with half onion, and a 14 inch thin crust with ham and pineapple. They brought it out and messed up the toppings on each pizza. We let the waitress know and it was wrong and her immediate response was “I read it back to you”. We had told her that’s not what we ordered and then she said “I don’t feel like arguing, let me see what we can do”. Anyways the manager comes out and ask us to repeat our order, we do. He then comes back out and says ” the 21” is going to take a while because it doesn’t fit in our normal oven, do we just want to forget about that?” We said no as we had 4 people waiting to eat that pizza. Also order fried pickles, fried green beans, and wings. All of those came out cold. Had ordered a chicken pesto sandwich and they brought a ham and Swiss. The kitchen manager I believe then came out and had us repeat all the things were wrong.

I got the Italian sub and my wife got the Turkey Club sub. Both were very good but would have been better if baked a little longer. Also had the spring rolls for an appetizer and they were excellent . Server was polite and attentive.

Atmosphere was great, server really nice. We got all three tacos and a thin crust pizza. Shrimp and pulled pork tacos were delicious. Unfortunately a Digiorno frozen pizza would have been better than what they served us. Tasted like a Red Baron frozen pizza with burnt edges.

Readers digest condensed version: terrible service, raw food, cold fries, lousy manager. We frequent here but this place is going downhill fast. I honestly would not give any stars if that were an option after last nights fiasco. Do better or we will not be back.

Excellent pizza with a thicker crust that really fills you up! The Carolina Gold sauce is delicious on anything, as well as the spicy Irish Whiskey sauce. Also ordered the cheese curds and they were cooked perfectly. They have a drive-thru window to pull up to if you are ordering take out. Friendly staff.
