Never been to the Beer Barrel before. The food was excellent! I had a slopper w/bacon and fries. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger with fries! The food was fresh. The green chile didn’t taste reheated by microwave. Best of all…THEY SERVE PUEBLO GREEN CHILES!!! I love that they’re using local produce! Everyone serving chile in Colorado should be using Pueblo chile, not hatch!!!

This is a clean bar in the neighborhood. We had a crispy chicken salad for lunch and sat outside in the shade. Lettuce was fresh, the chicken was moist and crispy. Their vinaigrette dressing was a reduction. A lot of good Italian influence in Pueblo.

Decent place – family run so friendly. Was busy considering the low capacity we are adhering to.
We ordered the cheese burger and chicken enchiladas with both green and red chilli. I got a Moscow mule and my friend got a beer on the tap.
Everything was decent. Not amazing, I-cant-believe-how-tasty-this-is, decent enough to enjoy the food. I liked the green chili more than red chili. Would’ve liked more flavor to the chicken iny enchiladas. The burger was again, a decent burger. My friend got ghost pepper cheese which was awesome!! The moscow mule was good but not terribly strong. The beer was actually good.

Local place that takes care of all the details. Wide variety of food, patio, friendly service, good music and the best iced tea! The potato wedges have a spiced coating and perfect crunch. The street tacos are so full of meat that they won’t close- so tender with fresh crunchy veggies. Weekend specials include menudo!

Perfect little local spot that is the perfect mix of nostalgia and current. Cool little bar, dining area and outdoor patio with tvs to catch the games. The food, well the food was phenomenal and we can’t wait to try more specials (we had the surf and turf, it was delicious; the steak was perfection)…will 110% be on our regular rotation in Pueblo
