Their 3rd party delivery person decided to help themselves to parts of my order.
While not their fault, they picked the company to recommend as their “preferred delivery” provider on the delivery drop down list.
Edit after Response: By the time we opened the affected pizza the store was closed.
The other unaffected pizza was okay, but whomever replied to this review made me not want to give them another chance. YOU guys picked the “preferred delivery” company. There was no way to report anyone with the app, so I left a review. No where did it say you deliver it yourselves or I would’ve opted for that. It is interesting you say you “would’ve” made it right, but never actually offered that. Oh well.
A simple anti tamper sticker or piece of tape could’ve prevented this. And for clarification for your future customers, it was Toast. All I did was select delivery on the Google drop down menu and follow what I believed to be what you guys wanted. I just ordered a pizza and got mad when it was messed with.
