Outstanding steaks and seafood, generous portions, attentive service in a classic atmosphere. The pork egg rolls were delicious, lightly fried but substantial. The coconut pie is by far the best dessert within 50 miles.

I must say.. this is probably a 4.4 and almost deserving of the 5th star. No wait time (no reservation). Karen? Was our waitress. She was 10/10. Request her section as her dad was a butcher and she can guide you down the right path. This is a hidden gem in So Pines. The table had an assortment of dishes, to include the filet, ribeye, prime rib, and NY strip. Do not recommend the French Onion Soup (no flavor). The croutons are less than ideal for the caesar salad. The desserts were quite tasty. If you’re leaning towards the Old Fashioned, I’d urge against it.. too much ice and a little unbalanced on taste / bourbon. Would return for the price point and service!!

I had the steak and mushroom soup, stuffed flounder, and baked potato. The soup was absolutely delish. That and the rolls, with the very tasty butter, could make a very tasty meal! The stuffed Flounder was good, although I was a little bit disappointed. I guess I had expected. It was a large party and the service was great!

Dined in. Lovely establishment. Super friendly staff and solid food experience. While vacationing, owner and staff made us feel at home while providing quality food at a reasonable price. Thank you. We will be back.

No wait time . Got seated immediately an hour before close. The food looked good but was very bland. Frog legs had no flavor . My Caesar salad dressing tasted bad. Potatoes skins were ok. French onion soap bland. Our Server was great tho.

Parking was tight, it’s easy to find. Didn’t take long to get seated. It did take 20 minutes to get to order our drinks and even longer to order food. The place was pretty full. There is bread rolls with butter balls, along with crackers and cheese. There was dead roaches in the lights in the ceiling. Me and the wife both ordered filets with salad. The croutons were super stale. Neither one of them was cooked right. Also seemed like a cheap cut, maybe shoulder tenderloin(just a guess). One was way over cooked and one was under cooked. Had to saw them into pieces and it had alot of gristle in meat. The kids food came out great which was the only positive thing about being there. Didnt want to complain cause it took an hour to get the food and the waitress only came by every 20 minutes. The garlic mashed red potatoes had zero garlic and was 100 percent just potatoes. Very disappointed in the quality and service of a expensive restaurant. Unless I had to, I will not be back again. Bad enough with the roaches laying every where.

We visited for our first time since the new ownership. Beefeater’s is a long time tradition for our family since it first opened. The traditional menus are still excellent and the specials are great. The salads are great! The service is the best. Be sure to ask for Lindsey and Cindy. Very friendly and a delightful experience.

I am giving this restaurant 2 stars based strictly on ambiance other wise it would have been a 1 star review. It had a good set up and nice decor, other than the bathrooms which had curtains instead of doors. The food was nothing special at all. The best item was the salad. They also had a “bar menu” that you weren’t allowed to order from unless you were seated at the bar which made no sense to me. They will need to improve Beefeaters by leaps and bounds before I will be coming back.
