So I placed an order to pickup at Beef o Brady’s I get there and pay. Then I check my order to make sure everything is good. We barely got any french fries and on all orders there was barely any lettuce. With the prices of food today you better get what you pay for. Then we tell the hostess and she says what do you want me to do!!! She said if you want to wait you can get more. If I wait for more French fries the rest of the food will be cold. I’m not happy with one with how the hostess handled the situation and I’m not happy with my purchase.

My wife and I went here for dinner a few nights ago. Service was fine. Hostess/waitress was nice. White wine selection options limited. NY strip steak (medium) was mediocre with grizzle, along with the mediocre zucchini side, mashed potatoes and gravy was good. A bunch of TVs in the bar area for watching…not too crowded…..not sure were going back….

Food was really good. Loved the garlic steak melt and the combo app platter. Service was good. My only real complaint would be to update the booth cushions as they were sticking up on all the corners making it hard to sit with a group on the ends.

Pleasantly surprised I normally do not go for chain restaurants but the food was done very well the staff was very attentive and pleasant the prices were very good with a very nice ambience. I had the 6 oz sirloin with a baked potato and salad which was a perfect amount not to be too full the sirloin was cooked perfectly had a wonderful flavor but was a little tough as sirloins are. The prime rib sandwich on the garlic roll was very flavorful especially with the side of ah jus.

Ordered drinks, asked for water, before server left she asked do you want water..yes. Didn’t get water. Drinks came , back she went for limes for drinks. Asked for fries with shrimp tacos, no fries, got fries after Tacos were eaten, excuse was “someone else plated the meal”. Very poor service.

Drove all the way from Jacksonville just to try this place. Walked in and was instantly greeted and seated. Server came over right away and brought my drink swiftly. Placed my order and it was out soon after. Super friendly staff and not bad prices. Must try the Philly Cheesesteak!

I stopped by this location last week while I was in the area. It was pretty busy but we got seated instantly. The waitress was responsive and took our orders real quick. There was a Tuesday burger special for a more than reasonable price and we also got a app of the buffalo chicken dip. The buffalo dip was tasty but the dip portion was on the conservative side, the burgers were cooked absolutely perfect, but as you can tell by my picture that whomever does the playing needs to do a better job of evening out portions.

Absolutely terrible I ordered food on Sunday and my bone in wings were suppose to be extra crispy and were barely done my boneless wings were dried out and not edible I ordered mozzarella sticks and the cheese was all blown out and ordered some fries for 6.99 and barely recieved a handful. I have tried calling to talk to management 3 days in a row and was told no manager was available i will Absolutely never order here again and it use to be my go to for myself and my kids.
