Shout out to Kayla!! Upon entering we were promptly greeted and seated! It was quite busy and there were only 2 main servers ( it seemed) … but those 2 girls were Rockstars!!! Bubbly, prompt, polite, great food suggestions, exceptional table/ server etiquette ! You can tell that knew their rhythm and were very seasoned servers!! The food though! Best Chicken tenders I have had thus far!! Crispy, fresh, hot! Fries were perfect and fresh! Cuban, shrimp tacos and kids meal all excellent! Great job ladies, and thanks for the excellent dining experience!

We had a wonderful dinner here at this Beef o Brady’s in North Port! Even with a full restaurant we were seated immediately. Our food was delicious and didn’t take long to come out. OUR SERVER KALEY H. WAS AMAZING!! She was professional, friendly and made us feel welcome. She checked on us throughout our meal and made sure we had what we need when we needed it. We will definitely be back and hope to have Kaley as our server again!

Absolutely terrible service! We waited 43 minutes for just an order of wings and fries for my wife and I. This is the 2nd time with this new management that the service was been subpar. We used to love coming here for the delicious wings but stopped going because of the employee with the hepatitis. Now we had 2 terrible experiences with new ownership, delayed service and employees fighting among themselves.

Whitney & Ashley are exceptional! Whenever I eat here I hope they’re working, i give them both 5/5 stars.
The food and atmosphere is nice, the other servers are okay/good, however they are always understaffed & from my experience the other servers can’t keep up with all the tables like Whitney & Ashley. I’ll wait 10 minutes sometimes just to get attention for a drink, add on, or my bill.
They definitely need to hire more servers/staff if they want to be ready for season. I do love this place & am a regular here, thanks for everything!

UPDATE: What a generic response from management below after a long time customer was given chicken that was raw in many parts as shown. The waitress was at least kind enough to tell me she would have management talk to the cook due to the seriousness of this and comp.our dinner. I hope you treat them well.
I hate to leave one star but what happened tonight was just dangerous. I love getting wings at Beef o Brady’s. I did notice the last couple months the quality seemed to be going down. They were smaller and weren’t as good. Well tonight we gave them another try and I wish I hadn’t! I bit into a raw chicken wing! I realize mistakes happen but this was a dangerous one! I opened up the others and most all of them were raw too from my batch. I could get sick (praying I don’t especially since it’s my birthday weekend). Besides Salmonella and other food borne illnesses bird flu is also going around and CDC says to avoid raw chicken! I called and was told to send pictures of the raw wings and she would comp my check. I sent her the pics and was told it would take a few business days to get my money back but that’s the least of my concerns. I am worried about my health and the health of others if this happens again. I have autoimmune conditions and other health issues. My son ordered the boneless wings and his were more like popcorn chicken but at least they were done. Just a terrible experience. I don’t think I will ever eat there again and we were good customers. At this point I don’t know when I will ever eat chicken again because my stomach hurts just thinking about it. I included the pics here in case “Amy” didn’t get them.

I had Whitney as my server and she was the best. She had such a warm and welcoming smile and she made our dining experience feel like home. M as well was great she helped get us seated and welcomed us right as we walked in the door. The food was amazing and the experience was even better!!

Finally was able to come back, but it wasn’t M at the bar a little sad but she was in the back cooking. It was nice of her to come out and say hello. This time I brought a few of my friends. They said their experience was great and now they know where to go to get good food and great customer service.

We had a coupon from the manager since we had a horrible experience the first time we were there. So we decided to try Taco Tuesday again, and except for our not-very-attentive waitress, everything was excellent. We shared the Tacos (2/$7.99 w/chips & salsa) in order to try them, and enjoyed the flavors so much that we went for the Nachos for our main course.
UPDATE 9/12/24: We had an excellent dinner of the Thursday special, Philly Steak sandwiches. The food was good, but what made the meal excellent was the service. Our server, Leia, was on top of everything, and the service was speedy. We also enjoyed meeting the shift manager, Mark, who helped Leia out by delivering our drinks. He spent a bit of time chatting with us. The whole evening was a great experience.
