This location is not our favorite to say the least. We’ve been to many locations across the country and moved to Labelle from Tampa. We love it here, we love beefs, however, we don’t love the beefs in Labelle. The service is ironically absent for being such a small town. One visit I asked for a water to go and was given another service cup. I inquired why it wasn’t to go, and the response I was given was that they could not give me a to go cup because my wife had wine left in her glass. Both me and my wife were quite insulted, not asked but assumed we would pour the water out and take the two sips she had remaining out of the establishment. I do not appreciate the assumption that we would take alcohol out of the building. Ridiculous and inappropriate. Now today, as we live so far away from town, they wanted payment over the phone when placing an order to go. This was never a requirement at any other locations we lived near. I’m driving, I cannot read off a card while driving. I had to wait until I arrived, place the order and sit around and wait. Again, just not what I would expect from a small town. The service misses we’ve had since moving has caused us to stop going to beefs in Labelle even though we have very limited options, we’d rather go eat elsewhere or stay home than contribute to such poor customer service practice. It’s not cheap to dine out. Such a disappointment from a chain we love so much.

We stopped on our way across the State heading to Venice . We ordered the potstickers and chicken tacos. Both were so delicious but I wanted to be sure and give a shout out to the server JosLynn. She was working the whole restaurant and the bar and was fast and efficient . Just got a really good feeling from her!

I made an order 20 mins before the kitchen closed I pick up my food right when the kitchen close cause I stay far. My orders was the 4 tenders combos and I chose double fries for my side add cheese so when I got my order everything was separate (the tender and fries which usually come together but I didn’t think nothing of it) 10 min into me being home I ate my tenders which was good and fresh (still didn’t touch my fries), 30 min before beef o Brady’s closed I decided to eat my fries so I open them to take some out to put on a plate I see a dead fly so I called nobody answered mind to tell yall they was open only the kitchen was closed. I called the next day just asking for a refund and I told them I got the picture to prove time I’m not lying with my receipt and all the man of the phone proceeded to tell me they don’t do refund unless they have the food so I told him it was in the trash but if he want me to get it and and bring it to them where they can see it’s a dead fly and nothing been touch but he told me he will have somebody call me back it’s been 24hrs later and nobody called me back

You got a 3 star cuz you charge .99 for a 2 oz cup filled half way with mayo for a burger. Next thing you know it will cost for ketchup for your fries cuz menu doesn’t say fries come with ketchup. Geeez!

The food here is delicious. Burgers were cooked well done and cheese was melted perfectly with bacon of a perfect crisp. we got a waiter, Marcos, the minute we came to sit, good service.
