Our server Lori was phenomenal. Attentive without hovering, friendly without feeling forced, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made the entire meal feel smooth and relaxed. And shout-out to Nick behind the bar—his cocktails were perfectly balanced and clearly made with care. You can tell he knows his craft, and it absolutely elevated the night.
Service like this is what turns a good meal into a great experience. Huge credit to Lori, Nick, and Kaleigh for making our visit memorable—we’ll definitely be back.
Great place to go with friends.
Anyway, phenomenal service by both! Can’t wait to be back!
I stepped away to wash my hands in the ladies room. When I returned, not only could I not get the attention of the bartender to order another drink to and enjoy the last quarter of the WNBA finals, but the TV was changed to a football game that was already being viewed on 3 other TVs in the bar area, as well multiple TVs in the rest of the restaurant. It became obvious very quickly that a local seated at the bar asked for the channel change and the bartender was avoiding me.
I am a very good tipper, however, when treated this way, I still tip, not at the top of the scale. A single woman sitting at the bar deserves to be treated with the same respect and quality of service as the local regulars that obviously were very familiar with our server/bartender. The level of disrespect was unacceptable. Even though the food is good, I won’t return.
