Came in for lunch. Absolutely blown away by the atmosphere. The server, Carey, super friendly, knew the menu, recommendations were spot on. Came in hungry, left ready for a nap! Great food. BBQ was super good. Worth the visit. If Carey isn’t the location manager by this time next year, I would be very surprised.

I have been a regular patron for the past 2 years. The last 4 months have seen many changes to their service staff. Only 1 bartender for the entire bar section, which also includes the tall tables in front of the bar and to the right of the bar. This 1 person has to take all orders, drinks and food, then deliver them too. Today was my last visit. I waited 25 minutes just to be acknowledged. I was going to leave but the game had started.
I did not make it to half time. Very disappointed. I cannot recommend.

Haven’t been to this location in several years for a reason. After visiting today. The faces have changed, and that’s it. Our server was new and really needed an experienced server in her shadow. First, we ordered our drinks, and they’re was clearly a problem with the fountain. My fiance asked for a sweet tea because the soda wasn’t good. That drink showed up after our food was incorrectly brought to us. I received 6 of ten wings ordered, and our burger had items that we asked to be left off. Finally, the rest of my wings showed up. We were told the kitchen was backed up. However, if you look at the pics, I posted. We were one of two tables being occupied. Bad excuse! I would like to say the food was good but the experience was so bad that it really doesn’t matter. Safe to say, we will pass on future visits. There are plenty of places to get wings and good service. I take reviews seriously, and I don’t like being harsh, but after this I was left with no options.

I placed an order to go . When I got the order home I had only received 8 boneless wings instead of 10. The 8 I did get were dry and little . The fries I got were raw . Not just cold but raw . I called to complain and the worker advised the manager would call me back . Of course she never called me back. I called corporate twice with no response and also emailed them as well with no response. This is unacceptable. I would say don’t waste your money . There are a lot better options.

Came here for dinner and was a bit disappointed. Menu seemed limited and a bit overpriced, but I was able to find something. But our waitress was great. She was patient with the kids, gave us good suggestions, and always kept us informed about when food was coming. Place could use a bit of a face-lift inside and out. Overall, it was good, nothing more or less.

After being seated, it took 10 minutes for the served to return to take our order. My wife ordered the Friday fish special. I ordered the ribeye sandwich. The fish special was delivered. She ate half her meal before my sandwich was brought to the table. We will never return. Very unacceptable.
