First time at this chain and overall a decent experience. The service was fast and friendly. The food was fine for what it was. I had a traditional wing basket that had six wings with choice of sauce, a small coke slaw and french fries. The wings were crispy and sauce was good. My wife got a chicken bowl that had fresh vegetables in it which she enjoyed. The atmosphere was fine with TV’s playing various sporting events. It all made for a fun evening out

My coworker and I ate here while in town on business. He had a burger and fries, I had a chicken tortilla wrap. We BOTH got food poisoning and came home from the trip early! He had diarrhea for 2+ weeks, and I had it at both ends for nearly a month!
With the other comments of under cooked chicken there is NO EARTHLY REASON to ever eat here.
Edit: TLDR my body dealt with it way worse than my coworker.
I do understand the owners point of view, and pray we are the only ones. I did my time in the food industry when I was younger and it takes real effort to do it right. I applaud anyone who stays in that industry.
Now then, we ordered through door dash to our condo, so the food wasn’t quite as hot and fresh. That could be a cause, but I wouldn’t expect it. We were never in the building itself. We didn’t realize anything was wrong until the next day, and assumed some mild food poisoning. It happens, we we’re out of town on top of that. We didn’t think to contact the restaurant, and that’s a fault on our end. My brain has been a bit useless while I’ve been sick.
That being said, after a couple weeks of vomiting in the mornings, and nearly a month of diarrhea, I am finally getting better. I’ve lost over 10lbs. I had extreme bloating and discomfort the whole time. My Dr ran a blood test and stool sample (sorry for TMI). No GI bugs that they tested for, blood cells counts normal. So she ordered a CT scan to check for blockages or related issues. Only showed inflamed lymph nodes around my abdomen.
Whatever GI bug I had, moved on or was an unknown to the test. My body wasn’t convinced and kept fighting. I’m fighting symptoms with medicine now.
In the end I’m glad it was just food poisoning, and not something that I’d deal with forever.
Still upset about the food poisoning though ♂️

Was really excited to take the family here for dinner. Had lots of people who suggested it. Don’t know if we caught them on a bad night but was highly disappointed with my crispy chicken bowl. I was sold on the idea of it being a mashed potato bowl meaning everything would be on a “bed” of mashed potatoes. I got maybe a 1/3 or 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes with gravy, roasted corn pushed up towards the side of my plate, 2 piece of chicken, and cheese in the middle of a plate. Chicken was great, and I will give credit for that, however, everything else literally was tasteless. No flavor whatsoever and it tasted like it sat for a while. I had my husband take a bite to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Didn’t bother to even say anything to the server. Just wanted to get out of there. Tired of having to complain for people to take pride in their own work.

I usually only write reviews when something is either bad or the order is wrong, but lord this food was amazing. My wife and I wanted to give this place a shot, and we used DoorDash of all things which is risky as we all know. The food was fresh, well packaged, everything paid for was put in the bag. Wow, wish I could give 10 stars. You guys are awesome!

Our first time, great creative menu selections, seasonings were a little bland and service took longer than expected, bartenders, when they were at the bar, would spend a few minutes talking to patrons without looking up to see if anyone needed anything. We finally were able to ask for our check, had my card out to speed the process since we were running late, the bartender put the check on the bar and walked away for another 10 minutes even though I said here you go showing her my card as she was putting the bill down. We might try again but will probably ask for more seasonings on the food and might sit at a table instead of the bar to see if the waitstaff is more attentive

Yesterday Jan 30th I took my wife my daughter and grandson to Beef ‘O’ Brady’s around 3pm. I’m retired NASA Safety 34 years at KSC, and this was my first time there with my family. I wanted to treat my daughter to a good meal “I thought” because she is under going Chemo treatment. My daughter and I ordered the Friday special “Fish & Chips” my wife and grandson ordered “Chicken Strips and curly fries. When our food was brought to us by a man covered in tattoos over his entire body scared my grandson, But that was not my reason for making this review. Our entire order was so over cooked that I couldn’t cut the fish with a fork, Literally had to break the crust on the fish with a knife, this was the same for the chicken strips too. My daughter ordered onion rings that was over cooked to a dark brown, when the waitress asked how our meal was I complained about the over cooked onion rings, and she replied “That’s the way we always cook them” Our meal cost $81.00 dollars, and changes, there’s NO WORDS TO DISCRIBE HOW DISSAPOINTED I WAS. I didn’t want to make a scene, and from my NASA experience the best way was to write this review, to give the public a “HEADS UP WARNING” about this unacceptable visit to the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s on Courtenay in Merritt Island.

I ordered the special which included salad, burger & upgraded the fries to onion rings. The burger came and the first bite tasted “off” but I thought it might have been the ketchup so took another taste Yuk – the meat was bad. I asked my dining companion to verify my taste buds and my friend agreed. I returned the burger because the meat was bad and I was afraid to eat it. After speaking to the shift manager I either had to pay for the full meal or choose a substitute for the burgher and pay full price. I would have accepted paying half price for the meal but basically forced into ordering something else or pay full price for the bad meal because the meal I ordered was not a profit center. (my reasoning). The servers were good the resolution left a lot to be desired. Needless to say this was my last trip to any Beef O’Bradys !

Megan, our server was awesome! She was handling so many customers with ease and a smile! She made the experience more worthwhile. Got the bourbon wings and the $7.99 build your own burger Tuesday special. Everything was delicious! The burger was even good cold when I ate leftovers later that night.
