Today I had an experience I will never forget. I lost my phone and thought I had left it inside Beef ‘O’ Brady’s. Jennifer, the owner, along with her servers, immediately offered to help. They searched the entire restaurant with me, showing so much kindness and patience.
We later discovered that my phone was actually at Bagel Joe’s next door. And what truly amazed me was that Jennifer herself went to pick it up, called me to let me know, and personally returned it to me. That level of care and honesty is rare.
I am extremely grateful for her time, her honesty, and her genuinely caring attitude. This is not only a great place to eat—it’s run by exceptional people.

Great place. The food is good the atmosphere is a little off weird, you walk in an set yourself servers take a little long to get to you but.. when they do they are all very polite and the food comes out at a decent speed.

Been a long time regular at the Lake Washington Beef O’Bradys until now. I have never felt so disrespected and unappreciated as I did last night. I had gone in to enjoy watching a football game with friends, and that is certainly not how the evening went. The regular staff working the bar was great as were the girls that were trying to work the floor. Ohio State fans walked in and took over the entire establishment, they had rented the room and thought that everyone wanted to participate in their “Watch Party” Their ring leader went behind the bar took the remote and began to change all the channels to the Ohio Game, several people commented that they were watching whatever was on the screen nearest to them, he continued to change the channels. They then placed a speaker and proceeded to play at full blast the Ohio Fight Song, I complained to the manager on duty at the time, he did nothing to resolve the issue. Others complained and still nothing. The owner/manager showed and still nothing was resolved, they continue to let the Ohio Fans take over the entire establishment. The wait staff that I have known for a long time were not happy, they were being overworked and usual Ohio Fan behavior not treating them well or tipping for service.
I have been to other Beef O’Brady locations and never have I had a group come in and take over forcing other patrons out. Having a group that comes in just a few times a year being allowed to behave like that and treating the Regulars and the staff the way they did, and the management letting them get away with it is not acceptable. The regulars are the ones that pay the bills by coming in sometimes multiple times a week, not this group. Treat your regulars well and they will continue to patronize your establishment, treat them badly they will find other places to go. The group that I was with last night will not be back.
And after a week not even a response. Pathetic. I guess they really don’t care about keeping regular customers.
Two weeks and can’t even get a response from corporate, I guess they really don’t care about keeping regular patrons.
I hope the waitstaff finds other places that have management that actually cares what happens in the establishment to work for. It is obvious that Beef O’Bradys does not care about keeping customers or making sure the staff is taken care of.

It’s a great place for comfort food. I have visited on many occasions with family and friends and they have all enjoyed. A nice laid back atmosphere.

I have been there twice and did enjoy my time and what I ate. However, after my second visit, I got sick from what I ate (BBQ Pulled Pork Mac n’ Cheese Burger). Even though I did get sick, I would still come back.

This was the first time we had dined at Beef ‘O’ Brady’s. Upon arriving, we found the restaurant to be almost empty and were not greeted or told to be seated. Eventually, the bartender told us to take a seat anywhere we wanted. It took a while for wait-staff to provide us with menus. Our waitress turned out to be excellent and very attentive to our needs. We decided on fish and chips for us and Beef ‘O’ Brady burger for the teenager. To our delight, the food was served piping hot and very tasty. In the end, our dining experience was truly enjoyable. We definitely will keep this place on our “to eat at again” list.

I guess the best way to describe this place would be if you took Applebee’s and made it more of a sports bar. Food is fresh, nicely seasoned, and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and even comped part of our meal due to a mix up on their end. Glasses stayed full and dishes were cleared promptly. Overall, a nice place for a relaxed meal.
