My husband and I stopped by for our 25th anniversary dinner last night . Got to say over the years this places has went down and can definitely be spruced up ! But that didnt stop us from having a pleasant time. Our waitress “i believe im spelling her name right” Jayce was great! we were seated and drinks ordered in a timely manor . She got our appetizer and meal order and it came out pretty quick! . we had a great time without having to go out of town. Thank you Jayce for our experience and making our night enjoyable

I took my two oldest kids to have lunch at Beef’s today after church. My baby was with us, of course and was napping in his stroller. We walked in, and sat at a booth in the very front of the restaurant, as to be out of the way as much as possible since we have our collapsible stroller. A lady approached us (I later found out she was a server named SYDNEY) and asked if that noise she was hearing was coming from us. I replied, “yes that’s my baby’s sound machine.” She walked away. She came back to let us know that she would be right with us, and walked away…again.
She came back once again and asked me to turn the sound machine down. I asked her “why?” and let her know I was just trying to let my baby sleep so I could eat my lunch. Mind you, he really needs his sleep right now becaue he’s recovering from an ear infection, and still teething of course. She let me know that it was very distracting to her and looked around like she was waiting for other customers to agree. It’s a WHITE NOISE sound!!!!! Not a song, not a distracting noise, WHITE NOISE. I am honestly floored and so upset. She was so nasty and definitely not what we’re used to at this Beef’s location.
I just told her we would leave, and slid out of the booth. Her response was, “You don’t have to leave. All I asked was for you to turn it down.” STILL TRYING TO JUSTIFY her request. We’re talking about a baby sleeping here. ♀️ In a RESTAURANT with a family setting,football blaring and people eating and having a good time all over the place.
I just cannot. The manager (Ella) contacted me a couple hours later, after I left a review on the corporate page. She emphasized that she does want us to return, and she apologized for Sydney’s actions. However, she suggested that we return on Monday or Tuesday of the coming week since she would be there and could give us a free meal for our inconveniences. Along with this, she let me know that Sydney would be working these days, and we should probably sit in a different section that she’s not serving, because she doesn’t want confrontation. UMM.. WHAT? You’re telling me that you’re keeping someone on your staff, to represent you and your business when you feel the need to let customers know they shouldn’t sit in her section because you’re not sure how they will be treated if they sit with her? That is WILD to me. I have left messages with corporate and will be severely disappointed if nothing is done about this blatant act of disrespect towards customers.

Michelle was awesome. Best bar tender in Walton County. The wings were ice cold and the beer was hot. I recommend anyone near the north end of 331 to come see her. Full bar, beer on tap, family atmosphere.

Came in to drop off a resume on Tuesday 11/19/25 since I just moved here locally. The middle aged lady with dark brown hair that was standing at the host stand was SO RUDE. I get that I came in at noon but as someone who has worked in the industry for nearly ten years I know that Tuesdays are generally slow. And a simple “come back at three” would have sufficed. I love to try local restaurants and would have probably been a regular here but now I will NEVER eat at this location. I would have never talked to my guests the way she spoke to me. But the younger girl with a blonde streak was so sweet and she deserves all the credit.

After having a very long day, my family and I came to have a sit down dinner in hopes to take some pressure off our night. Any of the food took FOREVER to reach our table. We sat for 20 minutes probably more waiting on 2 drinks. The mini corn dogs for the kids were burnt to a crisp. The chicken nugget kids meal was absolutely not worth it. When we finally did get our food which my husband and I got the same thing it costed us 21.99 each for 15 bonless wings and these were given to us. They were dry, hard and we were completely over it. Asked for the check and left. Not to mention my drink was filled and my husband had no refill the entire time we were seated. Sad to say it was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had there.

That picture of good looking yummy fried chicken fingers isn’t what they served me! I got pre breaded flat “Sam’s” chicken patty on my Mac and cheese after asking our waitress she was informed exactly what I figured. Pre breaded frozen chicken!

The atmosphere is very ve t y casual but also very loud as well. So for a night out with th e Family ita a great place but if you are wanting to have a peaceful dinner don’t pick this place.
The service was not horrible but the server never 1nce smiled or told us her name never got us refills on our drinks & was just very BLAH you could tell she was only there for the check & tips but this Bartender/Server will only tip a penny for the best service a penny can pay for & if you are in the F&B Industry then YOU KNOW what a Penny Tip tells said Server!!
I did have the Cowboy Steak Salad & it was excellent but ILL NOT EVER PATRONIZE this business ever again!!

Went in for lunch, service was slow considering the place was almost empty. My son got a kids cheeseburger and some Mac. He ate a few bits of his burger and said something was not right. After looking at his food I found that the paper that keeps frozen burgers separated had not been removed from the burger and a slice of cheese had been placed on top of the paper and melted. I brought this to the attention of my server as she went and talked to her manager. The manager did not come out and address the problem.Instead.He kept having the server.Come back to try to resolve the situation with us. I wish I would have got a picture but as soon as I brought it to the servers attention.She took the plate of food to her manager. I feel like the manager should have come out himself.And address the situation instead of putting his server in a comfortable situation to be the middleman. Needless to say , I will not be visiting this location again
