We visit Beef OBradys quite often , thought we’d try their new pizza. The crust was perfect and the toppings were excellent. Service is always very good. My husband loves their fried mushrooms.

When we were greeted at the door, the waiter that took us to our table was very short. As in, she really wasn’t a very friendly person who came to the care and service of her guests. Oh no, she was very stern, as in she just seemed cross about something and we were just in her way, or something. Clearly, her priority wasn’t to make her guests feel welcome or appreciated for coming to visit this location. Over literally any other restaurant in Tallahassee. Just seemed like customer service at that time just wasn’t her biggest priority. Other than, of course, making money for the chain.
We weren’t going to let that ruin our night, though. She did improve her attitude over time. However, even after we had ordered our food. She still was not very friendly. Her remarks were extremely disregarding and not very enthusiastic or caring for the comfort of her guests. Who could have just walked out if we wished, but who chose to endure the nonsense to hopefully have a better outcome.
Also, other than a bad waiter. As soon as we were seated at our table. We couldn’t help but notice that an appliance controlling who knows what, with a key in it, was just hacked out of the wall and was hanging by an exposed electrical cable. Obviously, this appliance did something at one time, other than looking like a piece of e-waste.
After that, the food showed up, and while good, I have never had such a flavorless ribeye steak ever. Even with the provided spices that were available. No matter how much seasoning was on the steak. It still tasted like someone literally stuck a bare steak in a frying pan full of water and cooked it on an electric range for half an hour. Without adding any spices or seasoning to it at all, and then pulled it off and stuck it on a plate, and said, that will do it.

Other than all that, it was a pretty typical middle of the road experience, nothing special. Was definitely a little bit more on the expensive side, for a once again a middle of the road sit down restaurant. Just a very mediocre experience here, I like this place, but it definitely has “changed” since our last visit.

I had never been here before, and now I hate I hadn’t. The service was impeccable. And again, I was with a large party again. When I tell you our server rock. Maddie held it down “all by herself.” I know she was exhausted when she finished cause she put in the work. Drinks, appetizers, and entrees were all made to perfect and served HOT. I will definitely be returning here. And I want Maddie as my server. Girl you Rock ☺️

The food was outstanding. I had the Philly cheese steak, all the ingredients were cooked to perfection, the roll was soft and fresh and fries were hot. The server was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely eat here the next time I’m in Tally.

I’ve had wings at many restaurants in Tallahassee and Beef O Brady’s has the best. It’s my favorite sports bar. Has a local vibe at bar, but very welcoming to everyone. Great food and better service. My go to for good food and fellowship.

We were the 2nd party to sit in the dining area about 5:30PM . The bar was busy. The server came & took out drink order promptly. We ordered fish and chips. The fish was hard and drenched in grease. I used 2 paper towels and the grease was still coming out. I decided to take the fish out of the hard batter. One of the fish was rubbery like it wasn’t completely cooked. The server had gotten busy and didn’t get back to us. When she came to take the plates she asked how was it? My Husband responded “awful”. And the ketchup bottle is empty, we took one off of an adjacent table. I had fish and chips in the past and they were very good. Never again will I order this.

One girl took my order. Another girl brought the food and a receipt to pay via app. The girl that took my order yelled at me “did you pay?” as I’m walking out the door. Right before I got up to leave, I was sitting at the table for about five minutes with my food in front of me, on the phone (paying). I turned and yelled back, “it was paid via the app” ; which she failed to check the register before yelling at me!!! I hate to think she felt the need to yell, and embarrass me while it’s a restaurant full of people at the bar and 3 other employees standing around, because I am black!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!! I hate I left a tip- which was right before she yelled at me!

This place has been through 3 General Managers in 2 years. None of which are qualified to run this restaurant. It is always dirty beyond filthy with tables sitting dirty for extended periods of time.
The servers try their hardest but the property’s problem is they are not provided tools, support, assistance, or guidance from management.
Plus their regular bar clientele has a lot to be desired and chases out the opportunity for new business, that’s why their parking lot remains empty on prime times such as NFL playoff nights; Sunday nights; etc
It is not located in the safest area either. On a regular basis homeless people come in (sometimes start bussing tables); or looking to get free water and soda or panhandle. Not very comfortable to be around when you are dining. Management does nothing about this; he treats them like they are paying regular guests
And if you are not properly served, instead of the manager appropriately listening and empathizing to correct his mistakes such as under staffing and guest favoritism; he has the nerve to send his “assistant manager” who literally is no more than an hourly bartender “supervisor” threaten to kick me out for voicing my concerns on the lack of service i received.
Read most of the reviews; a large portion are mostly negative in the last 6 months since Steven became GM, he clearly has not made this place successful and there are even several postings of racism that have come up since his tenure which were not there before

Following up on my review from a few weeks ago — GM Steven reached out directly regarding my experience. He reassured me that what happened was not reflective of their expectations and took steps to make it right. I appreciate the care and accountability shown.
