One star is too much for this place. The food is ok at best, insanely overpriced and the service… oh boy. Just horrible. The sides are not included in the price of the meal for some reason and they are overpriced as well. One thing is to pay a lot of money for meat but not for fries. The waiters saw we would not be spending a lot of money there and they couldn’t wait tog et rid of us, rushing us to order food. When it came time to pay and the bill was already massive the waiter added 15% tip to the card terminal without asking, after the horrible service. Never again here.

The steak was nicely grilled with a pleasant charred aroma, but the meat itself was somewhat dry and lacking in flavor, leaving it rather mediocre. Interestingly, the beef carpaccio starter had more depth of flavor than the main. Service was friendly but not very attentive, likely because there weren’t enough staff on the floor. Even so, it was still a relatively enjoyable evening overall.

It used to be good, food is good for meat lovers but overpriced! Sides are not included, sauces neither, we had to pay 3.5€ for mustard (they say it’s “Dijon” mustard but it’s not, it’s standard industrial mustard). At time of the bill, the waiter selected by himself the 15% tip on the machine, which of course we had to lower considering the above. This is not a good practice!

The exterior and interior décor are great, with a very warm atmosphere — although it was almost too hot inside.
We made a reservation two weeks in advance, yet were given the worst table in the restaurant. After asking, they eventually moved us. Service was extremely slow: about 30 minutes to receive the menu, one hour for drinks, 1.5 hours just to get bread, and nearly two hours before the food arrived.
We ordered filet steaks, and unfortunately all of them were overcooked. My medium-rare came medium-well, and the medium steak was well done. It’s disappointing that a beef grill restaurant cannot cook meat properly.

We booked a table for 5 at Beef GrillClub, a Berlin steakhouse with quite a solid reputation and clearly positioned in the “high-end” price range. From the very start, disappointment set in: no real sense of welcome or personalization. We were seated hastily, with two tables quickly pushed together — without even checking the name on our reservation. The tone was set.
The meal started with a few mishaps: a corked bottle of wine (it happens), quickly replaced. But when it came to the food, the starters were sadly bland: a tasteless carpaccio, a flat vitello tonnato, parmesan lacking any character… and table salt only — quite surprising for a steakhouse aiming for this level.
As for the meat, credit where it’s due: the cooking was perfect, and the products were high quality. But beware: here, everything comes at an extra cost. Want a side dish? Expect to pay between €5 and €10. Fancy a sauce with your steak? That’ll be an additional €3 to €5. At this point, the experience starts to feel dangerously close to a Ryanair-style restaurant menu.
To make things worse, their water policy is highly questionable: tap water is mysteriously “unavailable,” bottles are emptied without asking just to encourage you to order more, and the staff oscillates between cold indifference and irritation when you don’t follow their consumption script.
The grand finale was almost comical: no printed bill at the table, just a card machine showing pre-selected tips starting at 15%. When I asked to see the detailed bill, it was shown to me reluctantly, before the machine reappeared immediately. Declining to leave a tip (given the service) seemed to trigger visible annoyance: the receipt was practically thrown on the table, and we left without a single thank you or goodbye.
In short: yes, the meat is good. But that’s the bare minimum for a steakhouse charging these prices. Everything else — the service, the pushy commercial strategy, the complete lack of warmth — completely ruined the experience.
You leave feeling less like a guest… and more like a walking wallet.
I wouldn’t recommend it — unless, unlike me, you believe that good food should come without any notion of hospitality.

We went to Beef Grill Club by Hasir with my husband to celebrate Valentine’s Day, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
The service was extremely slow — we waited almost one hour between the starter and the main course. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. I don’t believe this was the waiters’ fault; they were clearly working very hard. There were only two waiters for the entire restaurant, and I saw them constantly running around trying to manage everything. It seemed more like a management and staffing issue.
In the end, I gave 3 stars mainly because the prices were affordable. We didn’t complain at the restaurant at the time, but I wanted to share my experience here.
For comparison, I regularly visit their kebab restaurant in Kreuzberg, Hasir Restaurant Kreuzberg, which is 100% better in terms of service and overall experience.

Restaurant is very nice, and the staff are very friendly. Food was incredibly average. We had the kofte which was just minced meat balls grilled with no spices, and burgers. Honestly the burger was slightly better than a whopper and the second one that we ordered the same time as the first burger and kofte didnt arrive until 20 minutes after my wife was done eating hers. Quite disappointing.
