The burger was genuinely inedible. I’ve never actually found a meal so bad I haven’t finished it but just look at my pictures. It was SO smashed it was just char, and the cheese wasn’t even close to being melted.
I obviously don’t wish any bad will on the person who made the burger, but I do hope they go home tonight and go “Darn, I really dropped the ball today”, realize they can do better, and make someone’s day tomorrow.
Unfortunately they almost ruined mine.

Got the double smashie smash burger. It was the best burger I have had. I don’t care for pickles usually but their pickles were amazing. I can’t stop thinking about the pickle. LoL. The fries are very good and garlicky. Overall great experience. My husband got the Eastwood. And he loved it too!

I ate at Beef Graffiti a year ago and had a great chili burger – two smash patties that still had substance to them smothered in chili and cheese.
I went back today and got the Fast ‘N Furikake and had a completely different experience. The flavor was great, but the two smash patties were barely existent,
it was as if I was eating two pieces of paper. If you’re going to charge $18-$22 for a burger I better be satisfied after, which I wasn’t.

Amazing burgers and the fries are heavenly. Owner is really cool and easy to talk to. The crew is awesome to. Located in a co op place called Federal Gallery. 3 or 4 different food nooks. Kinda like a food truck stop but indoors and you pick your seats and they’ll bring your order out to you. I recommend any burger on the menu. Definitely going to go back for more.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, inclusive, and genuinely kind. I have some dietary restrictions, and not only were they accommodating—they took the time to educate me about their ingredients, their process, and how they could customize things without compromising flavor or quality. That kind of care is rare.
And the food? Orgasmic. I don’t throw that word around lightly, but each bite made my eyes close involuntarily. It was that good. The textures, the sauces, the balance of richness and acid—it was like someone painted flavor with a brush dipped in heaven.
I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who appreciates good food and even better humans.

Beef Graffiti blew me away. The food was absolutely incredible—every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. But what really stood out was the staff. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely inclusive. I have some dietary restrictions, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me without making me feel like a burden. Lets call this what it is a decent burger for $20, nothing fabulous about this. Five star reviews are ludicrous, unless they are inconsistent. Last time i went, it was just OK, the sauces and combinations are cool, but overall for the price, this is not a good value, you will leave with regrets. Over the weekend, I made burgers at home, one of the simplest things to cook, it was way better than this for 1/4 the the price.

LOVE! These burgers are delish! The Okie Onion is my favorite and for a person that does not like things to touch or new things, I trust the Chef and his creations. Has never let me down and you won’t be disappointed. I hope you enjoy as much as we did and can’t wait to go back.
