The food is amazing! The owners are awesome and the location and setup is really cute and comfortable. I have eaten here twice and both times consistently blew my mind with flavor, super tender beef, and generous portions. The bonus is the friendly interaction in person and through social media from the owners. Go support this amazing business!! My first visit I had the tippy frites and this visit I had a special request sandwich (perfectly made) with a side of fries.

If you haven’t tried Beef & Co yet in Pullman, do it. I was initially skeptical because it looks a bit pricey, but I’ve only heard good things so I gave it a try.
The owner was super friendly and he made my sandwich quickly and even brought it to my car. I ordered The Forager and that was easily the best steak sandwich I’ve ever had. It was super filling, the meat was perfectly tender, the sauce was delicious and it had a good amount on there (I’m a saucy lady and I was pleased), the sautéed onions and mushrooms were amazing, the cheese was melted to perfection. It was all perfectly cooked, seasoned and portioned. Well worth the price. I’ll definitely be going back.

Have to be in Pullman for some business. Just randomly found this place on Google maps. Food trucks have a tendency to surprise me.. this one did just that. After getting over the sticker shock, I ordered a classic and fries. The fries were seasoned well with good flavor.. The sandwich… that was top notch! Real tri-tip steak sandwich.!! It was tender and well seasoned. Definitely made the price worth it. 5 stars for this one.

This is the only 5-star restaurant I’ve ever seen so I had to go. Thought the reviews might be bots but it really is that good. Sandwich is great. Fries are even better. They must have a recipe with rosemary and truffles, and they’re fried in beef tallow judging from the flavor. Best fries I’ve ever had and it’s only $5. Just wish the heating lamps were turned on but it’s not a big deal.

This place is amazing! The sandwiches are so full of yummy flavor! I would have given the atmosphere 5 stars but the seating is outside and it’s Winter. I’m sure it’s heaven in the Spring and Summer. The gentleman who owns/runs the place is kind, friendly and obviously knows what he’s doing.

I had the SoCal sandwich and it was delicious! The beef is so tender and cut into small pieces so not only yummy but very easy to eat. The bread is soft as well. If I could make any recommendation it would be to cut the sandwich in half to make it even easier to eat. Will definitely be back!

What is this insanely tasty tri-tip sandwich I tried tonight? Beef & Co literally changed my life with one bite. I ordered the Forager. The Forager is now EVERYTHING. Sautéed mushrooms, grilled onions, cheese sauce, garlic truffle aioli, and the most tender Tri-tip I’ve ever had. And it’s not small. It’s like a helping an a half of beef and messy goodness! And then I paired it with the cheesy fries. I want this melted cheese on everything. It’s soooo good! So easy to order online. And then I learned that Wednesdays are for their Weekly Special! I’m going to go broke, but I need this once a week, I’ve now decided! I asked a question on my order and he promptly texted back. Conveniently located on Grand, this establishment better be around for decades to come! Thank you, Beef & Co!
Update: Still amazing! Only Chang did that they moved locations, to a quiet side street with a shaded and unshaded area for seating! Perfect food order again! Thank you!

This is by far the best sandwich I have had in my entire life. I would gladly spend the entire morning driving just to have one of these mouthwatering steak sandwiches for lunch. If you do not try one you are missing out on one of the greatest experiences you will ever Have. I wish I could give them more than five stars because they sure deserve it! I’m not always a fan of food trucks, but the level of hygiene and cleanliness is truly impeccable. I wish them the best and cannot wait for my next Meal.
