I absolutely love this place! I always go there for the fries because there’s just something about them that are unlike any other fry I have tasted! All the employees I’ve encountered have been very friendly, and sometimes it takes a little bit longer to get my food then any other fast food place but I believe it is well worth the the wait and my order is always correct even if they are slammed. I’ve also tried other items and shakes from here and I haven’t been disappointed once, and the prices I believe are fairly decent for what you get! This will forever be my all-time favorite stop!

The Philly Beef sandwich, cheddar fries and shakes are great! Rarely ever had my order messed up here unlike many other food chains! Always been better than Marquette’s Beef-A-Roo! Delicious!

Staff are rude, and have been for years. Upper management either doesn’t see the problem or doesn’t care as the shift managers who work there now have been there for many years. They are constantly cycling through workers due to the toxic work environment, bad hours, and bad pay(which means the majority of the time the people serving you will be im training, leading to more mistakes). Workers also apparently refused to wear masks when the pandemic was at its peak… Not a good look. Orders are often incorrect. Don’t dare to go in close to closing time, or the staff will tear you a new one. High prices/low portions, and being the only place for burgers in Negaunee are the only reasons they’ve managed to stay open.

Drive-thru only was a bummer, I understand the Covid Precautions and all, but the menu is a time warp and would be better suited with more description. Portions were fairly small for the price, Fries were pretty good. Beef and Cheddar was just that, 2.5 oz. Of Roast Beef, 1.5 oz. Of liquid Cheddar. Flavor was good, just portions were smaller than anticipated.

I’ve only eaten here a couple of times and both have been underwhelming. The first time I went I ordered cheesecurds. For almost $4 I expected more than 6 curds! I thought okay I just won’t order those again. So I ordered another time and they shorted me food. So I called the store, spoke to the manager and she said “if you want it you can come in and pay” In fast food stuff happens and I understand. But usually when that happens managers are happy to help correct the situation, but in this case not so much.

I wish I could leave negative stars. The absolute worst experience ever. Took grandson, husband and myself to lunch. 3 burgers, 2 small drinks, 1 large drink and 1 order of fries cost almost $25. Not one of the burgers was made as ordered and the customer service was terrible. I will never return.

I had the beach and cheddar with waffle fries and I got cheese curds on the side.. overall it was delicious and filling.. I really enjoyed the cheese curds. My meal cost about $12, they also have a value menu with jr. Sized portion. I forgot to take pictures, but I would go there again..

Wish I could recommend as the the young generation working here is obviously not to blame, definitely needs some management level intervention. The last time we attempted to eat in we watched ten cars in the drive through recieve orders and 35 minutes later we simply gave up. Sad as I have lovely memories here of turtles sundaes on Sunday with my momma well growing up locally.
