I like to give places a try 3-4 times before I leave a review. So that’s what I have did.
The first time I went their soda machines were down but the food was decent and the wait was 30-40 minutes. The second time the soda machines were down once again and the wait was 20 minutes.
The third time the fryer’s were down and the service was super Slow again 20-30 minutes.
The fourth time it took 23 minutes in the drive through and I was missing 3 item’s and the food wasn’t even made like it should had been. The quality was terrible.
After trying 4 times and the service hasn’t been great not even one time out of 4 times and the quality of the food, I have decided I won’t go back.
Definitely not FAST food. And reading the reviews I’d say maybe they need to improve the management. They definitely need to improve on getting customer’s order’s out in a timely manner. Keep in mind all 4 times I’ve been It wasn’t busy at all.

Well 1st experience. Nice clean restaurant. Friendly staff wide range of food from burgers, chicken, shakes, lots of sides . I chose a big roast beef combo, good fries big sandwich tasted good the only thing I thought of the whole time I was eating it was where is the special sauce, WHAT NO SPECIAL SAUCE, REALLY I so needed so Arby’s sauce
However it was a cheap meal for lunch I will try a burger next time

Super excited that they are finally open! Large menu selection!! I got the mushroom swiss roast beef sandwich today. It is a bit dry but really good flavor! My fries aren’t as salty as I’d like but they are nice and crispy and I love that. And there is the perfect amount of ice in my small diet Pepsi. It isn’t full of ice so I got a little more beverage than I normally get at other places. Overall very happy and excited to eventually try everything!

I would give them 5 stars but the service was very slow. I finally had an employee hunt down my order after 30 minutes. It’s understandable considering they just opened and hopefully after a few more days of training this will improve. The food was great though! They have very diverse menu options to choose from and we will definitely be coming back.

Ordered food at the drive thru at the 7th Street, Joplin Mo location. I ordered, pulled up and waited and waited for just about 10 minutes, said the woman at the window says nothing when handed me the food and I asked what the hold up was and she said the lady in the kitchen didn’t see the order come up….what? No apologies and no napkins and the food wasn’t all that either. Do your jobs people! I will not being going back there.

First time trying beef a roo. I was a little scared seeing that someone previously reviewed with a raw hamburger. So I opted for the $5.55 roast beef, fries and drink. Was told that only options were lemonade sweet tea and unsweet tea, when I got to the window they asked what my name was even though I was next in line, they told me my sweet tea kept coming out as water and it was just unsweet tea now and water was all they had, the lady handed me the unsweet tea told me to have a good day but forgot my food, grabbed a bag handed it to me without looking I got a little ways away before I realized that it was not my food.
They were quick to fix the mistake and I left the fries were very good the roast beef sandwich was mediocre, no drink!
Sounds like they had a pretty good turnout so they’ve pretty much ran out of all products as of the 14th of January

Did not seem like they were prepared to be open. The worker had to come outside to take drive through orders because they didnt have any headsets. After ordering waited about 20 minutes to get our food. Order a sweet tea and they handed me sugar packets to make the sweet tea. Was missing my fries and the food was lukewarm.

Man, I have no idea what’s going on at this restaurant. I waited at the drive-through speaker for 12 minutes with no one coming on. I said hello twice and still nothing. I had to order at the window – total time from pulling up until I got my food 32 minutes. Two cars drove off and one pulled out of the drive-through, parked and went inside. I got a pork tenderloin sandwich. The tenderloin was crunchy on the outside which I did enjoy, but it had about a teaspoon of ketchup on it and a couple of very small onions. I’ve never had a pork tenderloin sandwich with ketchup on it. I don’t think that this restaurant is going to make it here which is sad because we were really looking forward to having a new place to go.

Waited 30 minutes in drive thru to end up with semi-warm food. The edges of the burger were burnt. The onion rings were greasy and soggy. I ordered a sweet tea and they handed me a room temperature tea and some sugar packets. Not impressed, especially for the cost.
