I went last Saturday the fifth to this location and my fiancee took our kids on the fourth. Both of our debit card transactions just pulled now 5-6 days later. I ordered a small cheese fry and hot charged for a large and asked for a small shake and it wasn’t finished at all. I’m originally from Rockford, Illinois where Beef-A-Roo is a big deal and is actually really good. I’m highly disappointed in the Warsaw location.

This was our first time visiting this establishment today during the lunchtime hours. The place was very busy. The first thing my wife and I noticed what appeared a lot of confusion and loud voices from the employees working in the kitchen. People were waiting in line for their orders which several received the wrong items they ordered. Orders got messed up! Whoever trained these people did a lousy job. I ordered the beef sandwich and fries that were luke warm. My wife had a cheese burger and onion rings both were greasy and the onion rings mushy and Luke warm.
These restaurant employees need some serious training. The food prep also needs some serious work. I think I had my fill of Beef-a-Roo to last me for a long time.

Been there 2 times and food was fine tenderloin was tasty burger was fine nothing special. Bit just as good as any other fast food place in town . Will return was decent

Yes, you have to wait a little bit because it is made to order. I got the ultimate chicken sandwich and it was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. Juicy and fresh. The drive-thru gal was terrific

Everyone working there seemed like they had no training at all. It was slightly busy and they forgot my entire order (3 shakes) as I stood there for 30 minutes. The shakes were disgusting and it costed $12. Horrible experience and I strongly urge others not to waste their time, energy or money. Waste of space in downtown Warsaw!!!

It’s Just Wayyy Too Much Going On In There. It Was Hard For MeTo Order Anything Because There Are No Up Close Menus. And When You Look At The Menu Overhead, You Have Employees Just Staring Directly At You. The Roast Beef Sandwich Was Tough And Dry. The Cheese For Fries Was Cold.
