We are visiting the area from Michigan. Someone mentioned Beedos so we wanted to try it.
What a great place! We had the breakfast sandwich and a burger. All of the food was fresh and tasty. The flavors melded well and were unique without being odd.
The service was friendly and the restaurant was neat and clean.
If you are in the area, definitely stop!

Best chicken sandwich ever! Fried bologna good too! Wish we had went here for dinner. Atmosphere is like a local favorite place. Not fancy. Look for it or you will miss it! Outdoor tables.

This is my absolute favorite place to eat! The hot honey chicken sandwich, fried flounder, and bacon ranch fries are our GO TO. The fries are always cooked to perfection and the oil always tastes clean (the food is never dripping in oil or soggy). Their butterfly pea lemonade is so good, but so if their coffee. Do not forget to get a chocolate chip cookie, it’s worth the $3 I promise. Inside is nice and cold, but they do have beautiful outdoor seating. I love the kids area with toys and books that they provide. Definitely dine in if you want to try this place because the atmosphere truly feels like family.
And the workers are amazing, huge thank you to Mackenzie and Kevin for always going above and beyond when taking care of my family we appreciate you both.

We got the fried shrimp basket, and my side order was macaroni , a generous amount! Soul food macaroni . (17$)
And the fried shrimp & grits platter, came with jalapeno hush puppies ,coleslaw ,(22$)
It was super delicious!
The shrimp was fresh !
Parking , watch for washouts on gravel roads .
Yes there is a bathroom inside .
A little crowded inside and the decor and music could be updated .
But the food makes up for it I promise
They do have some shakes and malts but we didn’t try this time .

Along an un assuming stretch of highway is one of the best burger joints I’ve ever eaten. Burgers taste like beef; the fries are hot & fresh and the coleslaw is really good. Hard to find these days.
And in spring there’s a great pick-your-own strawberry place called Dempsey just up the road. Same with tomatoes in summer too.

If you are looking for a fried Bologna sandwich this is your place. It was definitely husband approved. The mushroom Swiss burger was delicious. We also love to stop in for some of the sweet treats like ice cream or cookies. Everyone has been very nice on our visits. This is definitely a go-to restaurant for us. You can sit inside or outside it’s up to you.

The burgers were phenomenal!!! This place was recommend to us by a local and it definitely was worth it. The kids meal was also great portions. Friendly service and nice beach music. Will be back! Very close to Hunting island!

My service dog and I entered and ordered a fried shrimp basket with coleslaw and a side of creamed corn. Before our food arrived a manager came over and told us we needed to go outside if we wanted to stay. I explained to her that by law my service animal was allowed to go anywhere I was allowed to go. She didn’t argue with me and understood what I has saying. I handed her an ADA card stating the rules. She was fine afterwards. I appreciate her listening and not becoming hostile. She informed me she was just doing as trained. But she did actually listen to me and for that I am grateful. They get my money, I get a good meal. All is well.
The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. We did not wait long for our order to be served.

Absolutely the best breakfast, burger, seafood and smoked meat place in Beaufort! Not to leave out the wonderful sides and baked goodies. Seafood and vegies are locally resourced. Always welcoming, polite staff and a relaxed atmosphere! We love Beedos!
