I ordered the OG bowl with plain chicken and zucchini noodles. Every piece of chicken was more disgusting than the last. It was white and looked almost like sword fish chunks. Some pieces crumbled and others were covered with fat and heaven knows what else. Positive note is that the bowl was delicious without the chicken but sad to have had to throw it away.

I absolutely love this place. The poke bowls and açaí are always incredibly fresh, flavorful, and well balanced. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, from the fish to the fruits and toppings. Everything tastes clean, healthy, and made with care.

I hate that I have to write this review because we love this place but…My boyfriend ordered a bowl paid extra for avocado which ended up being rotten. He didn’t want to complain but this is unacceptable and gross, especially since one of the employees was screaming about how they were out of avocado to one of their friends who was a customer, which clearly meant they were aware that this avocados were bad but proceeded to still use them. 🙁 we love this place and my chicken burrito was really good, but today we’re so disappointed.

I stopped by Beech and really enjoyed the overall experience. The poke bowl was fresh, colorful, and thoughtfully put together — each ingredient tasted bright and clean, from the perfectly seasoned rice to the crisp vegetables and tender fish. Absolutely loved the variety and customisation flexibility here! Special shoutout to all the servers who were here at this outlet when we visited at 1PM on a Tuesday today, who were so sweet and patient to take 3 of our build your own bowl customisation orders manually at the counter, as we didn’t bring a physical card to order at the self-service kiosk :”) the servers were all so sweet, and the 2x build your own poke bowl and 1x build your own acai bowl we ordered tasted so hearty and delicious too! would definitely recommend the tofu as a great vegetarian protein option. Will surely revisit again! ☺️

I often do the BYOB or “The OG” and add a lot of toppings. Very very delicious and they’ve never done me wrong with the amount of ingredients added. My bowl has always been filled to the the brim. For those who don’t like fish/seafood definitely try the Hot and Spicy Chicken as your protein!I’ve tried the smoothies many times but the consistency is always too thick for my taste & makes it difficult to drink.
What bumped this review a star is the customer service. There are a few employees who I would give five stars for their amazing customer service for a majority of the times it’s the bare minimum.
I think the customer service at this place in general can be improved through training and some very simple suggestions. I feel it’s not a big priority here but I’m sure it would make a very positive impact if it’s given more focus.

I ordered on uber eats and I ordered the avocado toast. The store called me to let me know that they ran out of avocado and offered Nutella toast as a substitute. I agreed to substituting. When my order arrived, they took the time to write a hand written note AND gave me TWO extra smoothies. The customer service is PHENOMENAL. I’m a forever customer! Whoever is on staff today needs to be highly praised thank you!!!
