This place was incredible! The owner, the staff, and even the other customers were so welcoming and friendly. There is also so much history to this little hole in the wall, and literally a hole in the ground where a local miner use to do his very own digging from his home! Pizza is definitely worth the drive and the atmosphere will make you want to stay for awhile!

The whole town of Murray is fun and awesome to visit, but this establishment and the Spragpole Museum are the epicenter!
I highly recommend the pizza here and be sure to take some time to peruse the history on the walls and catch a game of pool. If youre lucky you might stop in for midget wrestling!

What an unexpected place to have a really great pizza. This was not quite a NYC or Chicago pie but quite enjoyable after a days drive in the mountains. Staff was nice and service prompt. The building was a tad on the warm side but at 4000 ft in the mountains, AC is something they may only need a couple of days a year. (Today it was almost 90°). Definitely worth a stop!!

Very cool mountain bar with some rich history! My husband and I stayed at this bar in our RV with Harvest Hosts and it was wonderful! Very much small town vibes (even smaller) which we loved! The bartender was extremely kind and very knowledgeable about the bar’s history! We also got power hook ups for a great price which we weren’t expecting. Nestled in the mountains and surrounded by big green trees, what could be better! We loved this place and would recommend it to anyone happy to be off the grid for a bit 🙂

We literally got lost. What a find! Great pizza, adorable restaurant/bar. Pizza was hot and delicious. Lots of history and don’t miss the mine! We stayed in the tiny RV area. Perfect! Quiet at night and not very noisy when open. Everyone in the little town was nice.

Super cool little bar with an incredible story!

The older gentleman who was bartending when I came through here was very friendly. They had a good selection of beer available, a very large bar considering the size of the town, and even non-alcoholic beers too! I guess they serve food too.
In the back by the old gold hole they have arcade games for the kids, and at the time I was here they had a summer gun raffle going on as well.

This bar is really interesting to go visit! The drinks, food and service were all just fine, but the real attraction is the obvious goldmine dug straight into the floor of what used to be somebody’s house. Very interesting and unique history and a must see if you are in the Wallace area. The mine is great and the food is awesome, but the real reason this bar gets 5 stars, was the “Midget Wrestling” poster in the window this last summer. I wish I had gotten time to go see that event!!

Was a little lost on our way to a hike up the road and stopped in there to ask for directions. Ended up buying a beer and chatting for a good time. The bar is homey and very welcoming. They have tons of arcade machines and entertainment for all types of crowds.

You would never guess a place this far out has great pizza…but it does! Try to stop in whenever I’m passing through for a bite to eat. The drive there is pretty awesome too.
