We take coffee from all over the world and roast it in our facility here in Wisconsin. We seek to craft the best possible coffee, support our local community, and advance coffee’s legacy. We offer a variety of specialty light, medium, and dark roasts.

The owner, Danny, is incredibly kind and just a great human! The atmosphere is inviting and clean. I ordered the iced Matcha with raspberry cold foam, and it was delicious and not too sweet. I also got a scone, but ate it too quick to take a picture because it was that good. If you’re in the Neenah area, you definitely need to come in.

I have been coming to bedrock for a few months now, and I just can’t say enough good things about them! I find myself craving their coffee every week, and I am obsessed with their hazelnut latte with almond milk. The combination of their espresso, milk and syrup is so tasty. Would highly recommend!

Sitting here currently listening to the woman making the coffees complain about customers very loudly and how they don’t know how to order. There was an older gentleman asking questions before this rant, he’s still sitting here at a table and she’s complaing about him not knowing anything while ordering and ask questions. It is really off putting, we will not return.
The blue berry waffle lattes were just okay, the creamy texture was nice though.

Was blessed to find this coffee roaster while on a school bus charter to Neenah! The coffee was delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee beans I bought. The little coffee supply shop is such a great idea! My only recommendation would be to increase the amount of espresso in your specialty drinks, as I couldn’t taste it very well in my latte/Macchiato. That being said, the black coffee was delicious and I’m looking forward to stopping in again when in the area!

I ordered a large mocha with oat milk, and a small vanilla latte for my wife. The coffee was excellent, no bitterness detected at all. The service was very fast and friendly – a very welcoming place with an excellent product.

I recently tried bedrock coffee and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. In particular, I tried their Colombian decaf, which has buttery walnut smooth notes. I prefer my coffee brewed like an Americano, slightly stronger …. the way this was brewed was perfect. I would highly recommend bedrock coffee to anyone that considers himself a coffee aficionado – …Can’t wait to try more of their blends!

I had zero problems, the workers were super friendly, the place was not busy and I got my food and drink way quicker than I would have going to starbucks. The drinks are amazing and taste like actual coffee and the food tastes fresh unlike other places that taste stale. The prices for my two items were way more reasonable than a chain cafe. I definitely would recommend going and will be coming back often.

I have only had their latte twice, which are good, but where they truly shine is their small batch roasted beans. My favorite is the Colombia Gran Galope. As a latte or cortado, it tastes almost like dark chocolate mocha with caramel. If you make your own espresso at home, highly recommend trying their house-roasted beans!
